As always, tasty pizza, nice ambience, and friendly service. If you've never been to Lou Malnati's downtown Naperville, give it a try. Be warned though if you go on a Friday or Saturday evening, allow extra time to find a parking spot. Tip: if you can't find surface lot space behind Lou's; there is a public parking garage on the next block north (garage is northeast of Lou's) behind Lou's. Enjoy!

Everything was fine except our waiter put in our order as a cheese pizza rather than a sausage pizza. Still good, just not as excellent as it could have been!

Great service and food. Our only issue was that the Bruschetta came out with the pizzas. The vest er told us the first batch burned so that was why they came out late. Also the balsamic drizzle wasn’t provided.

Always love a good pizza at Lou's. I grew up in Lincolnwood, IL and have been having Lou's for 50 years. Glad to see it out in the suburbs too. Naperville location did it proud!

Service was lacking. Never brought bread when asked for it. I asked what was gluten free. The waitress replied nothing was free. I asked for more water. It took 20 minutes. The pizza arrived cold. Waitress never asked how everything was. It took forever to get our bill ehen we were finished. I'm a good tipper but 20 percent was automatically added to bill. Her service was not worth 20 percent and I should be able to rectify that.
