Everything was great, loved their Chicago Classic deep dish pizza. Took one star off since I preordered my pizza and confirmed it the day before, but they didn't put the order in.

After some research we decided to try Lou’s deep dish pizza for my first deep dish experience and let me tell you… it did not disappoint. I was a bit nervous as I’m not a red sauce person. I eat pizza for cheesy goodness, but this place had such a balance of cheese and sauce that made it heavenly. The crust buttery crust just tied it all together! 10/10 recommend.

Pizza was great. Server forgot to bring us our drinks. She forgot to bring them to the table next to us as well. Brought our pizza to the wrong table then to ours. A few mistakes is understandable but when she had maybe 5 tables total when the food coming takes 45 minutes to prepare, there is some down time, as we saw her go outside with another server to hang out. ..this was before I had to remind her about our drinks.

Excellent pizza, our wait staff was super busy but did a great job. The pizza did not disappoint!

We had a wonderful experience dining here last night! Service was excellent, food was hot and yummy, and the atmosphere was fun and casual. Definitely a place to enjoy while in Chicago!
