Pizza was a wet mess and completely underwhelming. Service was good and attentive but the food is lackluster.

Pizza was amazing. We tried deep dish, thin, and they have gluten free deep dish. All were great.

We had a great experience and excellent service. We ordered the fried ravioli and deep dish pizzas. I ordered a small thin crust pizza for myself. When our server Michael brought it out he said it was overcooked and offered to take it back and have the chefs make me a new one. I said it was fine and ate most of it anyway because it was late and I was hungry. The manager came by too and both he and Michael said they wouldn’t charge us for the pizza. They also didn’t charge for our dessert and brought us another freshly made pizza done correctly in a take out box. Wow!! Such great service and I was very impressed!

I love getting the Lou! It’s my favorite pizza. Also the fried ravioli were surprisingly good. Would order again!

Outstanding dining experience. Lou's Gold Coast offers everything you could want from a quality dining experience. The food was excellent, the server was good, and the ambiance was great, not packed in like sheep. Bravo!
