   Had a great evening and first time trying Chicago deep dish pizza. Waited was fantastic and was very helpful in deciding what to order and recommending things to do in the Chicago area. 100% would return.

   Very crowd on a Friday night over 30 minutes for a table or less even the to go was more than 1 hrs wait

   Gabby was a fantastic waitress. She was efficient and friendly. Loved chatting with her about her northwestern engineering experience. Pizza was so good. I expected to feel overfull but the buttery thin crust of the deep dish was perfect. The personal was perfect size for one and we enjoyed an excellent shared cradle that had real Parmesan slices, fresh croutons and some interesting twists to a normal Caesar.

   Best deep dish pizza in Chicago. Son who prefers thin crust had the best pizza in his 17 years. Best food stop visiting Chicago. Will always go back!

   Originally reserved a party of 8 and called a few hours prior to my res to add one... no problem! Preordered our pizza's as we had my son's NU Symphony concert we needed to make... no problem! Manager... phenomenal! Hostess who was pulling a double with nothing but smiles... superiffic! Waitress who took care of us throughout our meal... beyond fantabulous! Thank you Lou's NU!! I can honestly say my best Lou's experience ever at any location. You appeared to be understaffed and had a few big groups dining at the restaurant, and your entire team front and back still hit a grand slam! #NUROCKSTARS
