Lou Lou on Market is a beautiful eatery serving Southern cuisine, with a primary focus on the rich, eclectic flavors of the Big Easy. From the best Shrimp & Grits in town to our indulgent spin on Bananas Foster, we've got it all! Like eating outside? We have a gorgeous and spacious shaded patio and a beautiful, covered balcony that overlooks it all. Table was too small but will give it a pass since derby week and very crowded. try the crawfish bayou dip and the red beans and rice. We’ll definitely be back at this place.

                                                                                              Wonderful experience. Just like NOLA! Best appetizer was cheese sticks. Crust fabulous. Shrimp and grits happening. Best dish was salmon over cheese grits. Banana Cheesecake is over the top.

We had the she crab soup and shared the sampler so we had room to try the bread pudding. It was all amazing. Loved the jazz music as well. Our waiter, John, took great care of us. Loved Market Street location as well. This was our first time to Louisville KY. We were here for a bourbon tasting and tour at Angel Envy. Lou Lou on the Market is perfectly located for a meal prior to or after a tasting. Just an easy walk down Market Street. Excellent experience overall. Thank you, Lou Lou.

                                                                                              My husband and I went to Lou Lou’s on Market for his birthday. It was wonderful! Excellent food and service! The team was very personable and accommodated our ask to move to a table closer to the live band. The band was wonderful- came over and spoke to us and several other guests - they sang happy birthday to my husband. Thank you for a wonderful dinner- we will definitely be back. P.S. The food was amazing!!
