Lot No. 3 combines comfort food, classic cocktails, and craft brews in a vintage-industrial inspired space.

We serve everything from snacks like housemade kettle chips with sweet onion dip and our famous "plate o' bacon" to chicken and waffles and desserts including the spiced jar cake with maple glaze.

Our cocktail and spirits program has been recognized as one of the strongest in the Puget Sound.

At Lot No. 3 our focus is on classic cocktails and craft brews. We have six beers on tap, a wide variety by the bottle, as well as over one hundred spirits.

Food was amazing, although we only did happy hour food , it was great. However, everything going by looked great, especially the chicken and waffles.

The food was not good, potatoes were boiled then fried, which was not a good texture. The corned beef was tiny slices, like out of a store cold cut section, weird.

Restaurant had a nice ambiance to it. Hostess was super accommodating when we showed up with an extra 2 people in our party. Food was good (Cuban sandwich was particularly good). We declined on dessert because we didn’t see what we wanted. Waitress asked what we were hoping for and we mentioned bread pudding. She came back to our table and said she checked restaurant next door (owned by same company), and said she could order from their menu. Overall great experience!

A great place to meet a friend who lives in the area as a lunchtime stop in our drive from Portland to Anacortes. Our waiter was attentive but very respectful of our time to visit with our friend. Perfect lunch for a rainy day- delicious soup & salad combo. We will return the next time we are in t the area. The cocktail creations looked particularly interesting.

I had a great experience with one exception: Bacon was MIA in my plate! Our waiter had to bring it in a separate plate. Also with a reservation we still had to wait for another 20 mns although they were few empty tables.
But with a fantastic food and a very pleasant waiter those faux past were forgotten.

The food was good, although nothing to write home about. The hostesses were very pleasant, although we did end up waiting and extra half an hour for our reservation table in a tiny, cramped waiting area. I can understand they were busy, and our waitress was clearly frazzled; she kept taking things before we were done with them (or trying to). Maybe to make up for the fact that their reservations were all running way behind? We were only at the table about an hour, so not a terribly long time, considering it took almost half an hour for our food to come out and we were celebrating a birthday. Ah, well. I’m not sure I’d do brunch again here, but the weekday lunch is a lot better.

We had a nice meal. The pulled chicken salad was very good as was the popcorn. Our server was very attentive when we first got there, but then seemed to forget about us - we had to flag her over to order. Overall a very nice time -and we’ll be back!

Reliably interesting menu with good, but not amazing, food. The macaroni and cheese sounded fantastic but turned out to be quite runny. The fish and chips portion was quite small for the price. The pulled chicken salad was kind of "blah" with no memorable tastes or ingredients. Our waiter disappeared a few times and was pleasant but not very attentive. The location is great and the drink menu is noteworthy.

Loved it! Always do. They split an order for us in separate bowls without us even asking, which was very considerate. Bacon. Nuff said :-)

The Malbec by the glass was very drinkable. Had the elk burger and Brussels sprouts; both well prepared. The service was attentive. Drafty and our table was along the wall between sections which was odd. My friend, a bourbon lover was very impressed by the extensive offerings.

Go here often and are always happy with the food and service. The only bummer this visit was I gave the parking ticket to our server when we paid our bill, she brought it back with the credit card slips to sign as if it had been validated but when we drove out it was not validated and we had to pay $15. She was new (and provided great service while dining) but that should not happen.

Great for Sunday brunch. My 92 year old grandmother loved their cinnamon rolls with candied bacon. The new menu options are very well thought out and have a great selection. Beautiful crowd and great for Seahawks games! Bathrooms are clean with a medieval feel to them. I love it!

There was not enough staff on the Saturday morning we came in for brunch. We barely saw our waitress who was scrambling around. When we asked for a warm up on our coffee, we had to wait for our server to "find" coffee. Then a support staff came and topped us off later. My bloody mary didn't come until after we got our food and I had to ask for it again. It came very watered down; it was clear it was sitting at the bar for a while. The food was pretty good. The best breakfast potatoes I've ever had in my life. I just don't know why they give servers that many tables. It really ruins the experience for the guests.

Food was good. The service was adequate. I ordered a dish without eggs and I received eggs on my plate. The server took a little off of my bill. I will try again. The food was good.
