Lot No. 3 is a fun gastropub in Bellevue with whiskey cocktails and classy bar snacks.
The food, atmosphere and service was absolutely amazing!!
Brunch menu is great and I highly recommend sharing items among the people at your table so everyone can get a taste of everything. So many very good options!
I like this place normally, but it goes to show how a sub-par server experience can taint an otherwise good dining experience.
What do I mean by sub-par?
- ordering drinks and food, and food arriving before the drinks (>20 mins)
- asking server repeatedly for hot sauce; more than 3 times and him finally bringing it after we had gotten through most of food
- struggling to get his attention for anything
- did not replace water bottles when it had emptied
Maybe he was having an "off" day- I'm not counting against our server the fact that we had meat in a dish where specifically asked for no meat. That could've been the kitchen.
Will be difficult to summon up will to go there again despite the good food - in case that's not an isolated experience.
Our server had too many tables, so he was all over and understandably forgot about a few things we had asked him for.
Had brunch with a friend. We chose Lot No 3 because she wanted to try one of the brunch cocktails. The food was pretty good, although she liked her egg scramble better than I my biscuits and gravy. The biscuit and eggs were good, the gravy was a bit of a let down. Coconut cold brew horchata was super, though. Will probably come back with my boyfriend for dinner
great food, great service, and the best cocktails in town!
I was surprised how busy the place was, even on a Thursday evening. I had the sliders and bistro fries....so delicious! Great input from our server about the cocktails and we never felt neglected, even when it was crowded and busy.
20% service charge is automatically added to the bill so regardless of the service, be prepared to pay 20% tip. Not a very good feel. Our server didn’t look like she is happy to service us....
It was my second visit and I was just as pleased as the first visit. The rustic ambience alone would have probably ensured that I would return but the food and the Smoking Pig Bloody Mary endure that this will become one of my go to restaurants! Keep up the great work!
Usually brunch is a wonderful meal to enjoy on Sundays. This time we were very disappointed in our Pulled chicken salad. The ingredients were out of proportion. Basically our salads were two bowls of cherry tomatoes and cucumbers. Where was our pulled chicken and bacon? Service was alright. We appreciated the hostess making appropriate accommodations for my 91 year old grandmother and letting us sit at a table on the ground floor.
Everything was great...the drinks were a bit over priced
Food was below average. Went in for the waffles and it super doggy
I've been to Lot 3 many times, and always enjoy the food, but this was probably one of the slowest meals I've had in a while. Our party of 2 showed up for our reservation at 11:30 and were seated immediately, our server came by within 5 min and we ordered our food immediately since I had to be back at work for a meeting by 1. We got our appetizers within 10 minutes, which was great, but then things pretty much slowed down from there. Our main course came about 15 min later (our appetizer plates had been long cleared by then), and then we were waiting for dessert and our server kept saying it was on its way, starting from 12:10. Finally around 12:30 I just asked for the check since we still hadn't received the dessert, and the server apologized and said it was on the way. After we paid, I couldn't wait any longer, so I left and my friend offered to stay to wait for the desserts and bring them back to work. She finally got them around 12:45. I don't quite understand why if we arrived when the restaurant was packed that we couldn't be done with the meal in an hour - I understand the restaurant got busier, but we were probably one of three tables there when we arrived, and we ordered immediately, so it felt like it should not have been a 35 minute wait for dessert.
I still like the food, but would never recommend to anyone if you have any sort of time constraint, since you have no idea how long the meal might take.
Our server was not very attentive, long wait for drink refills, my side salad wasn’t correct, overall is was VERY disappointing.
The food and service where underwhelming. We came for the chicken and waffles...only to discover they aren't on the brunch menu. What?! Oh, and this is not a kid friendly place.
Went for Easter brunch. Service was slow and the food was at best mediocre. Pork belly Benedict was bland and the waffles were raw batter in the middle. Side of bacon was ice cold. Bloody Mary was good though.
Wait person was very sweet to brew new hot pot of coffee for my mother... appreciated that!
The hostess was a little slow-moving, but very pleasant. The waiter was spectacular, as was the food. The only other suggestion I had was to replace the armchair that I sat in, which had worn through the leather to the wood in spots.
They shouldn't do brunch because they don't seem to know how: cold coffee, no English breakfast tea, lukewarm food, split hollandaise, cold pork belly. Tasted like warmed over canteen food.
I do not agree with the 20% automatic service charge added to every bill. We were a table of 2.
This place is starting to become a habit. Lots of "comfort food" on the menu, and the option to ALSO order off of the Purple menu (attached to Lot No 3), is a nice alternative if you want. You have to get the bacon appetizer!
Just slow service. I think hostess was also our waitress so she may have been stretched thin.
Our coffee and food weren't hot. Service was otherwise perfect.
Walter not very attentive but was patient. Thinking on food not great. App was cold came out right before dinner. Chicken and waffles was delightful!
I was disappointed with the Brunch Waffles. They turned out rather ordinary and tasted about the same as what I could get at Denny's. DON'T do an Apple compote. Even if it is a little different than some, it ends up tasting the same as any other apple compote in the end. Also, it's too much sweet. Needs to have some protein in the breakfast. Wishing I had made a different choice or been able to add eggs to it.
Also, that coffee was luke warm and nasty! And I'll drink almost any coffee - even Folgers. It could have been the container that it was served from. Very stale or maybe it wasn't cleaned correctly.
My wife's plate was just fine.
Great high-end whiskey selection. They have their own (great) food menu, and they have access to the menu from neighboring Purple, too. It's just a fantastic spot all around.
Great place for dinner and a drink!
I've been here a couple times and this place is always so lively. Noise level can get pretty loud but honestly the service makes up for it. All the staff working here are amazing and pretty quick with orders and such. I've been in here for brunch hungover and barely able to order and I've also been treated so kindly though I'm sure I can be a bit of an annoyance. Food is good, I like that they're pretty easy going with modifications and add ons.
Please bring back the bourbon infused peanut butter! We used to love getting that with the pretzels and having that on the PBJB sliders! They sliders taste so bland now... We would have gotten a pretzel to dip on the last time we were there but with the lack of pb, we skipped it. Other than that, the food is pretty good. The tomato soup flavor doesn't seem to be as consistent, each time we have been there it tasted a bit different. I think the soup recipe changed in the last 2 years also, used to taste a lot better...
Hip bar in Bellevue. Nice place to hang out and have a few drinks and small bites with friends. We had our first date here so we went back to celebrate our one year together. Overall good experience.
The food was good but it was REALLY noisy. The dining area is small. It's more of a "fancy" bar with "fancy" bar food. The food was good though.
Had lunch here the other day. Was OK. Apparently part of Purple. A bit formulaic. Made a reservation but they tried to direct us to a terrible table. Got a better one. Had no drinks but some seemed particularly expensive. NIce to try but probably won't go back.
A little too loud to talk easily, but lively atmosphere and comfy happy hour food.
Great brunch options but a little noisy when it's busy on weekends.
Always love going to Lot 3. Great food and amazing bourbon drinks!
Overall experience was very pleasant, would definitely recommend.
Had the pork belly benedict and it was cooked perfect!! Free parking is great too!!
Service was outstanding. Food and drinks were very good. A little noisy but not too bad.
Had the onion dip appetizer with veggies and the Lot 3 burger. All was just delicious. Great service and great unique drink selections.
Food was amazing, although we only did happy hour food , it was great. However, everything going by looked great, especially the chicken and waffles.
