Lot No. 3
We serve everything from snacks like housemade kettle chips with sweet onion dip and our famous "plate o' bacon" to chicken and waffles and desserts including the cinnamon roll with cream cheese icing.
Our cocktail and spirits program has been recognized as one of the strongest in the Puget Sound.
At Lot No. 3 our focus is on classic cocktails and craft brews. We have six beers on tap, a wide variety by the bottle, as well as over one hundred spirits.
Brunch was awesome, service not so much. Tip was included in the bill. Overall will be back when in the area.
Have been going the last 3 years and it has sunk to an all time low all around.
Ordinary food, overpriced.
The waiter didn’t know he had our table so we waited about 30 min before I called someone over to take our order. He checked in a few times but when we were clearly done it took me calling him over again to get the bill.
Consistently good food. Our server at lunch on Friday, 9/6, was outstanding (I am remiss for not asking his name)!
Lot3 is a great place to meet friends for drinks and good food.
Good food, bold drinks and fun, hipster atmosphere. It is always busy so service is not necessarily great. It would be five stars if the servers could at least throw out a wave and a smile. It’s easy to see it’s busy so be patient and just enjoy the company around you!
Food was pretty good. We split the smoked salmon eggs Benedict. Lots of salmon. Delicious. Ambience was horrible. Tables are so close together you can hear every word of every one around you. It didn't help that we first had a group of young people who clearly didn't have any sense of awareness that they were in a public place sitting next to us. Then a different group of ladies sat next to us and conversed about their periods and the thick lining of their uterus. Ugh, check please.
Poor service, very undercooked food twice—even after first time was sent back—missing instructions (not to touch HOT cast iron) and overpriced, particularly given the automatically applied 20% tip.
Food was great as always, we love this place.
Food was legit delicious. Enough gluten free options and there was this bacon appetizer... order it and be happy
Our waiter was wonderful! I also got a free dessert for my birthday which was wonderful! The drinks and food were amazing! Definitely will be back, but a little to expensive to go there a lot.
Slow service even though restaurant was empty, took 40 minutes for our meals to arrive and it was cold and overly salty.
While the service and food were quite good, I wish they would make the automatic 20% service charge more explicit either during the reservation or on the menu. Did not mind paying it for the service and food but would have like to be made aware ahead of time.
Over priced poor food. I had the Lentil hash, tasteless, brussel sprouts too fibrous to swallow. My partner.had the macaroni and cheese, more like.macaroni and cream sauce. Worse lunch we have had in awhile.
Fantastic food, however, extremely poor service. Took a few friends out and it was 15 minutes until drinks arrived and over 45 minutes until our food arrived!!! Every drink after that took about 10+ minutes to get to the table. When our bill came, we noticed they included gratuity of 20%. Definitely would not have tipped that much. Overall unfortunately, bad experience.
Best Service we have had in a long time, our waiter was on the ball and new as soon as we needed something or just came over to check on us. Food was SO quick and tasted amazing.
The food is outstanding
Visiting friends and family.
Mixed drinks were good, I think that is their forte’ but the appetizers were unseasoned and lacked overall flavor. The upscale bar food was ok - I had fish and chips, my friend had a burger. In both cases the fries were awesome and wish I could have more. The service was nice and friendly, but not in an awkward way.
We grabbed dinner on a Saturday night over a holiday weekend, so the place was not busy at all, but usually is. Great drinks! Great food! Maybe staff was feeling melancholy from the low energy of the environment, but they weren't out of this world, but they also didn't suck.
Food was good. Was really surprised that they didn’t offer any pork alternatives for bacon or sausage though. Service was extremely slow with no explanation or apology.
Everything was great, however, they do charge an automatic 20% tip. It doesn't make sense to do have this in Bellevue, where the minimum wage isn't $15.
The 20% "service" charge is annoying but whatever... Just makes me not want to tip the server. Everything else is great.
Celebrating our graduate and some much needed family time
This was a huge celebration dinner with my family and everyone treated us so well. The food was good, our server was great and the evening was awesome!
Interesting menu and everyone enjoyed their meals.
I go to Lot No. 3 often, but this was my first time for brunch. The food and service were exceptional as always. My favorite time to visit is still Whiskey Wednesday, but I have definitely found another great spot for brunch and will definitely be back!
Normally we love dining with you guys. Our experience was different this time. Was there with my parents, wife and kid. It was Father’s Day so I understand it being busy, however, we were the first people seated and despite ordering within 10-15 minutes, it took almost an hour for our food to come out. And the food was cold when served. Lauren, our server, seemed cold and distant. She didn’t wish us a good morning or Happy Father’s Day. She took the drink order for my wife and I and started to walk away before asking my parents. Had to call her back twice to complete their drink order. Also, she never an explanation for the delay in food service. I had to ask her about it when getting the check, as I noticed others seated and food delivered within 20 minutes. She explained the delay was due to a mistake in the kitchen, but her apology was less than genuine.
I did talk to the manager, Andrew, and he was very gracious in hearing me out and very accommodating after the fact.
Will still back in the future, but was disappointed by this particular experience
You may have been short a waitress that lunch hour, felt a bit like we were more of an inconvenience than your reason for being.
Service was attentive and friendly. Ambience is lively. Food was of
Good quality bit a bit pricey for what was offered.
It’s middle of the road at best. Usually servers are inattentive but on rare occasion you will get an outlier. Drinks are good. Brunch here is good, on the more expensive end for the quality you receive. But overall it’s a good everyday casual spot. Easy to get together with friends or family here.
Not impressed. Horrible service and they automatically give themselves a 20% gratuity. Will not be back.
Nice relaxed place to go for comfort food and drinks. I took my daughter to dinner for her birthday. We both enjoyed it. Vegetarian options are limited, but the Lentil Hash was pretty good. Her Cuban was good, though she didn't feel bacon needed to be on it. Server was fine. We both felt Lot 3 needs to put more than a tablespoon of ice cream on the oatmeal chocolate chip dessert.
It was a lackluster birthday celebration. The Sunday time frame was very different that after work.
Service was AWFUL! Three words: Food was cold. If it takes 20 minutes after getting seated to get a waiter to come over, the restaurant has problems. Waitress maybe came over twice during our entire expience and it wasn’t even busy brunch hour on a Saturday. 20% mandatory gratuity is ridiculous for the service and the quality of the dining experience. We had to get up for salt and pepper for our cold food because any waiter or waitress was MIA & we had to take our bill/card to our waitress for her to run it because again she was MIA or socializing with the other waitresses. Also, maybe refill a coffee once in awhile instead of hanging out with all the other waiters just talking. If I had the option I would have left zero tip, this should be a wake up call to management & staff, because if you don’t give high quality and polite service you won’t be having any customers come through that door when they hear they have to pay for mediocre food and terrible service.
Food was really good, but only a little overpriced for what you receive . Service was 3/5; had to wait a long time for check-in and getting the check at the end of the meal.
Service is slow and inefficient. Waited more than 5 mins to be seated even though I have reservation and the table is empty. No one talked to us 10 mins after seated. We have to grab a waiter to make our order. The food is just okay and bland.
Best eggs benedict I have ever eaten. They do it with Pork Belly. :)
The service was basically non existent and the food was ok. Have been here previously where the food and service were much better. If this was my first experience I probably wouldn’t go back.
