Lot No. 3 Ratings and Reviews
The food was good, although nothing to write home about. The hostesses were very pleasant, although we did end up waiting and extra half an hour for our reservation table in a tiny, cramped waiting area. I can understand they were busy, and our waitress was clearly frazzled; she kept taking things before we were done with them (or trying to). Maybe to make up for the fact that their reservations were all running way behind? We were only at the table about an hour, so not a terribly long time, considering it took almost half an hour for our food to come out and we were celebrating a birthday. Ah, well. I’m not sure I’d do brunch again here, but the weekday lunch is a lot better.
Reliably interesting menu with good, but not amazing, food. The macaroni and cheese sounded fantastic but turned out to be quite runny. The fish and chips portion was quite small for the price. The pulled chicken salad was kind of "blah" with no memorable tastes or ingredients. Our waiter disappeared a few times and was pleasant but not very attentive. The location is great and the drink menu is noteworthy.
The Malbec by the glass was very drinkable. Had the elk burger and Brussels sprouts; both well prepared. The service was attentive. Drafty and our table was along the wall between sections which was odd. My friend, a bourbon lover was very impressed by the extensive offerings.
Go here often and are always happy with the food and service. The only bummer this visit was I gave the parking ticket to our server when we paid our bill, she brought it back with the credit card slips to sign as if it had been validated but when we drove out it was not validated and we had to pay $15. She was new (and provided great service while dining) but that should not happen.
Great for Sunday brunch. My 92 year old grandmother loved their cinnamon rolls with candied bacon. The new menu options are very well thought out and have a great selection. Beautiful crowd and great for Seahawks games! Bathrooms are clean with a medieval feel to them. I love it!
There was not enough staff on the Saturday morning we came in for brunch. We barely saw our waitress who was scrambling around. When we asked for a warm up on our coffee, we had to wait for our server to "find" coffee. Then a support staff came and topped us off later. My bloody mary didn't come until after we got our food and I had to ask for it again. It came very watered down; it was clear it was sitting at the bar for a while. The food was pretty good. The best breakfast potatoes I've ever had in my life. I just don't know why they give servers that many tables. It really ruins the experience for the guests.
Lot No. 3 is a really convenient place, with validated parking. And yet I always wonder why I've gone ... maybe it is better in the warm weather.
The concept is urban techno - and it's both visually and literally cold. As in I was one of many to ask to move my table so we didn't get hit by the draft from the front door. Similarly the sliding metal rest room doors, that still leave a gap to the concrete-floored hallway when locked, are just odd.
Met a friend who works nearby for lunch - the food was good, and plentiful. Busy spot, and reasonably quick. Not inexpensive - the upscale version of comfort food.
Our server seemed to want minimal interaction with us - odd for that choice of profession - and so it took 3 tries to flag him down for a drink refill and neither my companion nor I were successful in getting his eye once he had brought the check. Fortunately the parking validation machine is at the front door.
Fun place. I like the rustic design. Pretty loud, not really an intimate date night setting. Better for friends going for drinks. Service was great. Food was pretty good but really expensive. Cheapest tapas was goat cheese on a piece of toast for just under $10. Drinks range from $14-22 average, with plenty of much more expensive drinks.
Disappointed in my Lot 3 experience. Food was fair. They did not have gluten free bread which I thought was odd for a downtown Bellevue restaurant. Server was nice but we had to ask for water and refills. Our table was available when we arrived which was great. I will give it one more try.
They actually only serve brunch on Saturday and Sunday. Kind of got the vibe that they didn’t want to be serving me and it took forever for actual service. Wanted to leave, but only stayed because I didn’t want to find another restaurant to eat at. Food wasn’t bad though.
