Lot No. 3 is a really convenient place, with validated parking. And yet I always wonder why I've gone ... maybe it is better in the warm weather.
The concept is urban techno - and it's both visually and literally cold. As in I was one of many to ask to move my table so we didn't get hit by the draft from the front door. Similarly the sliding metal rest room doors, that still leave a gap to the concrete-floored hallway when locked, are just odd.
Met a friend who works nearby for lunch - the food was good, and plentiful. Busy spot, and reasonably quick. Not inexpensive - the upscale version of comfort food.
Our server seemed to want minimal interaction with us - odd for that choice of profession - and so it took 3 tries to flag him down for a drink refill and neither my companion nor I were successful in getting his eye once he had brought the check. Fortunately the parking validation machine is at the front door.

Fun place. I like the rustic design. Pretty loud, not really an intimate date night setting. Better for friends going for drinks. Service was great. Food was pretty good but really expensive. Cheapest tapas was goat cheese on a piece of toast for just under $10. Drinks range from $14-22 average, with plenty of much more expensive drinks.

Disappointed in my Lot 3 experience. Food was fair. They did not have gluten free bread which I thought was odd for a downtown Bellevue restaurant. Server was nice but we had to ask for water and refills. Our table was available when we arrived which was great. I will give it one more try.

Went here for Seattle Restaurant week and the food was phenomenal. My friend and I had to leave within 45 minutes so we needed super fast service and they didn't disappoint. Definitely plan on coming back.

Tasty comfort food in perfect portions. Service was very friendly but a tad slower than average. The restaurant has a great happy hour selection, but it gets very busy. A reservation is highly recommended.

Expect a wait during brunch hours even with a reservation. Drinks are awesome and worth the price, food less so. Fun and knowledgeable bartenders and a unique ambiance.

Lot no. 3! Absolutely fantastic food. Bigger portions than I was expecting. Sunday brunch was slammed so don't plan on stepping right in and out. Drinks were excellent as well.

Came in for comfort food on a rainy Sunday and the Grilled cheese sandwich with tomato soup was just as good as it looked in the picture! My husband noticed they had an impressive whiskey collection behind the bar so we’ll definitely be back.

They actually only serve brunch on Saturday and Sunday. Kind of got the vibe that they didn’t want to be serving me and it took forever for actual service. Wanted to leave, but only stayed because I didn’t want to find another restaurant to eat at. Food wasn’t bad though.

We were seated immediately, which is always nice when you have reservations. We were greeted and offered beverages. Unfortunately they do not have non-dairy milk, so I had to have black coffee. The coffee is from cafe vita, so it's pretty good on it's own. After we ordered our food, it took a VERY long time. We were engaged in conversation, so it was not a big deal, but plan on extra time for brunch here. The food was pretty good. Service was good enough. Our coffee was low/cold a couple of times and it took a while to get our check. Again, we were in conversation and not in a big hurry so it wasn't a huge deal.
When you leave the restaurant you will smell like the kitchen. The ventilation doesn't seem to be very good.
The food and atmosphere were good. I will likely return.

I went to dinner with a friend. We really enjoyed the cornbread and Brussels sprouts appetizers. He said his salad was one of the best he's ever had. After the appetizers I only had room for a slider. Its was delicious with grilled onions and cheese.

We were seated quickly. The waiter was courteous and professional. The drinks orders took longer than usual. One of the dishes arrived wrong, so had to be sent back for the correct one, which should have been express ordered. However, this dish was comp'ed. The mistakes seemed at the back end; the waiter got a hefty tip.
Otherwise, the space and ambience are good - cool bathroom doors!
I would recommend to others, and also give them a second try myself.

Best Brunch Menu! I'm vegetarian and Veggie Benedicts are so different and flavorful! grilled cauliflower and chipotle hollandaise was a unique touch! Our server was Elizabeth and she was extremely courteous and was willing to accommodate special requests.

Awesome food and good creative cocktails. The bacon wrapped meatloaf and avocado toast were highlights. Our server was attentive but the food and drinks were a bit slow to come out, which was not her fault. It looked like they had one bartender for the bar and restaurant which works for a standard beer bar but not when you've designed intricate cocktails that everyone wants to enjoy. Would still highly recommend.

Will Go again: excellent food & presentation, ambience. And hope that we do not get the same server again. Good location in terms of making this a part of your day out. For the record, our party of 3 consisted of me- the pure carnivore, my wife the vegetarian, and my teenage daughter who needs different food (not the same old, same old). All 3 of us loved it.

Been here twice for brunch now, the food has been meh every time. For the price, quality is not worth it. Drinks were nothing special despite how amazing they sounded on the menu. Cinnamon Roll is worth getting but that's about it.

The service was abysmal at best. We ordered cocktails at brunch, and waited. And waited. When we got our food, after 20 minutes, our drinks came too. The eggs with bacon and cheese had little bacon or cheese. When we finally got our check, we paid with a credit card. 17 minutes later she presented us with the charge. Normally, I tip 22-25%. I tipped 8%. I go to Purple and The Commons regularly, but will stay from the lackadaisical service at Lot No. 3.
