Lot No. 3
We serve everything from snacks like housemade kettle chips with sweet onion dip and our famous "plate o' bacon" to chicken and waffles and desserts including the cinnamon roll with cream cheese icing.
Our cocktail and spirits program has been recognized as one of the strongest in the Puget Sound.
At Lot No. 3 our focus is on classic cocktails and craft brews. We have six beers on tap, a wide variety by the bottle, as well as over one hundred spirits.
We love Lot and HRG!! We were slightly underwhelmed by the food- most dishes needed salt and were not warm when they arrived at our table. I added avocado to a brunch item and it didn’t arrive until I was almost done with my meal, that was disappointing. Our drinks (Blueberry/lavender shrubs and hot chocolate) were super delish!!
Good food good service.
Grilled cheese with tomato soup and BLT with shoestring fries were delicious. Salad was nice too. Will definitely be going back.
Great little place. Went for Seattle restaurant week, menu online showed elk burger on SRW , but was not the case at the restaurant. Chicken and waffles were good though. They had validated parking, all a plus. We will go back.
We went for restaurant week. We knew the place and had dined there a few times before. We liked the cocktails and the food was generally fine. They totally let us down with their restaurant week menu, total joke. The idea I think is to encourage people to discover new places. Well Lot 3 lost is forever as customers. The food was simply terrible. We got the po boy, our friends got the chicken waffle. All of it was of the kind of quality you expect from a middle school cafeteria. Deserts were horrendous. It’s like they didn’t even try. Bye Lot 3, we hardly knew ye.
A fun vibe and great place to meet up with friends. More of a social place than a romantic place, and it's great to have plenty of those.
Love the food, bar and environment of Lot 3. Super fun place to bring work colleagues or a date. Delicious, reliable and worth returning to. Only downside for me are the acoustics/extreme noise level, which gets as loud as I can handle.
The food was inedible
Saturday brunch. Shrimp and grits was amazing. The grits were creamy and the sauce was delicious.
The food was ok at best but it could have just been what we ordered. The biggest deal breaker was the service. It was incredibly slow. our waitress checked in with us once the whole time and it took 15 min to get a coffee refill that ended up being cold. We won’t return.
Our waiter was great and the cocktails were fun, but the food could have been hotter. We knew that this was going to be a lengthy brunch, and I am glad we had that in mind. The food had great flavor, but it definitely could have been warmer). All in all, it was a pricey brunch for an OK experience.
Food quality seems to have gone way down recently. We were there on a Saturday night and it wasn't even busy. Service was still extremely sloooooow.
Absolutely wonderful staff and a lot of delicious menu choices. Highly recommend for brunch!
Nice downtown Bellevue eatery. Had the veggie scramble. More potatoes than scramble, and overpriced for breakfast. A good thing was their Bloody Mary.
Great! Love the food and hip place
Brunch was awesome, service not so much. Tip was included in the bill. Overall will be back when in the area.
Have been going the last 3 years and it has sunk to an all time low all around.
Ordinary food, overpriced.
The waiter didn’t know he had our table so we waited about 30 min before I called someone over to take our order. He checked in a few times but when we were clearly done it took me calling him over again to get the bill.
Consistently good food. Our server at lunch on Friday, 9/6, was outstanding (I am remiss for not asking his name)!
Lot3 is a great place to meet friends for drinks and good food.
Good food, bold drinks and fun, hipster atmosphere. It is always busy so service is not necessarily great. It would be five stars if the servers could at least throw out a wave and a smile. It’s easy to see it’s busy so be patient and just enjoy the company around you!
Food was pretty good. We split the smoked salmon eggs Benedict. Lots of salmon. Delicious. Ambience was horrible. Tables are so close together you can hear every word of every one around you. It didn't help that we first had a group of young people who clearly didn't have any sense of awareness that they were in a public place sitting next to us. Then a different group of ladies sat next to us and conversed about their periods and the thick lining of their uterus. Ugh, check please.
Poor service, very undercooked food twice—even after first time was sent back—missing instructions (not to touch HOT cast iron) and overpriced, particularly given the automatically applied 20% tip.
Food was great as always, we love this place.
Food was legit delicious. Enough gluten free options and there was this bacon appetizer... order it and be happy
Our waiter was wonderful! I also got a free dessert for my birthday which was wonderful! The drinks and food were amazing! Definitely will be back, but a little to expensive to go there a lot.
Slow service even though restaurant was empty, took 40 minutes for our meals to arrive and it was cold and overly salty.
While the service and food were quite good, I wish they would make the automatic 20% service charge more explicit either during the reservation or on the menu. Did not mind paying it for the service and food but would have like to be made aware ahead of time.
Over priced poor food. I had the Lentil hash, tasteless, brussel sprouts too fibrous to swallow. My partner.had the macaroni and cheese, more like.macaroni and cream sauce. Worse lunch we have had in awhile.
Fantastic food, however, extremely poor service. Took a few friends out and it was 15 minutes until drinks arrived and over 45 minutes until our food arrived!!! Every drink after that took about 10+ minutes to get to the table. When our bill came, we noticed they included gratuity of 20%. Definitely would not have tipped that much. Overall unfortunately, bad experience.
Best Service we have had in a long time, our waiter was on the ball and new as soon as we needed something or just came over to check on us. Food was SO quick and tasted amazing.
The food is outstanding
Visiting friends and family.
Mixed drinks were good, I think that is their forte’ but the appetizers were unseasoned and lacked overall flavor. The upscale bar food was ok - I had fish and chips, my friend had a burger. In both cases the fries were awesome and wish I could have more. The service was nice and friendly, but not in an awkward way.
We grabbed dinner on a Saturday night over a holiday weekend, so the place was not busy at all, but usually is. Great drinks! Great food! Maybe staff was feeling melancholy from the low energy of the environment, but they weren't out of this world, but they also didn't suck.
Food was good. Was really surprised that they didn’t offer any pork alternatives for bacon or sausage though. Service was extremely slow with no explanation or apology.
Everything was great, however, they do charge an automatic 20% tip. It doesn't make sense to do have this in Bellevue, where the minimum wage isn't $15.
The 20% "service" charge is annoying but whatever... Just makes me not want to tip the server. Everything else is great.
Celebrating our graduate and some much needed family time
