Waited over an hour for 2 meals once it came it 1 meal was cold so had to wait again. Pizza then came after other person had finished their meal and was under cooked as they wanted to get it out quickly.

So we used to come here often, food was great and price isn't to bad, even Saturdays normally weren't to bad but booking used to be a pain. This time booking was simple, select the time, how many people and that was it. We arrived and it was like we didn't have a table, they looked for us and I could see our name didn't show or they couldn't find it so the man found a random table and moved it right next to a loud table which was awful as we booked for date night and ended up sandwiched between two tables where we could hardly hear each other speak. Also we had to keep moving our table so that one of the members from the table to the right could get it, which is stupid. There was a big table behind with younger kids running around like it was some sort of play park and the mum and dad ran around recording on a phone. None of the staff said anything even though they had to step over the kids on some occasions and I think it just ruined the whole night. The tap water took 20 mins to arrive at the table, and the food took an hour. Not great service overall and we won't be coming back any time soon if at all.

Great pizza and perfect setting in central Bristol as. It’s close to all the shops but it feels nice and quiet as it’s tucked away.

We come to your restaurant all the time for birthday celebrations and also when in town, around 10-15 times a year. We have always received great service and food. We ordered a garlic bread which arrived cold, dry and with absolutely no garlic butter on it. Next we all ordered our mains. Two lasagnes which were inedible, I found one small piece of meat in a tomato and cheese sauce with hardly any pasta, we had to send these back uneaten. My courgette spirals with prawns was cold and tasteless. My husband’s pizza was not the same quality we were used too, it was very thick and had hardly any topping. My daughter however did enjoy her chicken pasta. The service was awful, they forgot our wine, the waiter arrived at our table without a pen and then spent 10 minutes trying to find one. We had to get our own salt and pepper because they forgot this too. I have never experienced such poor food and service and then had to pay £180 for the privilege. A really awful meal that was meant to be a celebration for my mum’s birthday. We won’t be coming back.

We had the best experience on Valentine’s Day … couldn’t fault the food or service … was abit worried after my son’s bad experience but all good … will definitely be back!
