About this restaurant

  • Kid-friendly
  • Good for groups
  • Great for craft beers
Lost In The Triangle (LITT) is a seafood restaurant and bar with a family friendly environment that opened only a year ago (July 2015) in the hopes of restoring the authentic Bermudian seafood cuisine back into our islands everyday life. To our amazement we have had great success in doing so, despite it being such a short time. This in particular is acknowledged in the reveal of our "Best of Bermuda Award" 2016 from the Bermudian Publishing Company. Our aim as a restaurant is to keep the value of Bermuda in every bite you take. All of the fish is locally caught, as well as lobster during lobster season. We look forward to seeing you soon; we're sure you'll enjoy the food just as much as we enjoy serving you.

Looking for local food and flavors after 2 weeks on a cruise ship and was not disappointed. A bit hard to find but worth the trip. When we first went in was not sure but very glad we stayed. This is more of a local place then for tourists but don't miss out.

The food is good, however if you are a wine drinker forget it. Terrible choices and then was served nasty wine that had been left open too long. The ambiance is terrible, dark and unpleasant. Not a positive experience.

We were certainly “lost” in the Triangle. I’ll start by saying that the food was delicious and very well done, kudos to the chef! However.... upon arrival for a premade reservation, we waited for 10 minutes with a party of eight including two children for our table to be ready (The restaurant was basically empty and there was only one waitress working the floor). From there we waited 30 minutes for our drink order to be taken. Then we waited another 15 minutes for our children to receive their crayons and placemats. About 15 minutes after that our drinks arrived. Upon arrival of our drinks most of them were incorrect or forgotten. Finally we were able to place our food order, the waitress returned our table no less than five times to clarify our order, she had it very, very incorrect (For example she asked if we wanted sauce on the fish sandwich, there was no fish sandwich ordered, it was a chicken sandwich). Eventually our food arrived, which was amazing! When we received our bill we were requested that the drinks that were incorrect, sparkling water instead of still for example, were removed from our bill. The waitress proceeded to audibly exclaim her disappointment and complain that we asked the bill to be corrected to the other waitstaff. I’ll go ahead and add that the remaining waitstaff of the entire restaurant was sitting at the bar drinking and socializing while we were eating dinner. Additionally, we were literally one of two tables in the entire restaurant with people eating. The restaurant was empty except for us and one other table. Bottom line, it seems that if you are a local you receive excellent service, if you are a tourist not so much. Proceed with caution! If you decide to risk it, order the Bermuda fish chowder, it is awesome!

The amount of food you receive is adult prices and you get a kidde meal. Not enough food and I will never return or recommend.

Great food and service in what is basically a sports bar. Keep up with American football while you eat! Don't go there for a fancy dining experience.

Local dishes were amazing. Recommend the fish sandwich and the fish bites. Manager was friendly. Family of five and all were satisfied.

Hav been going to Bermuda for years and was recommended restaurant by a local cab driver. The good news Fish was fresh and well prepared. Ambiance very plain but OK as seemed like a local place with people drawn by the food. The bad news - asked for a "super super extra extra dry martini". Came back the yellow color of a bad chardonnay. Sent back and asked for just a "drop of vermouth" - came back worse so I gave up. Guess anything beyond a dark and stormy doesn't fly Another disappointing fact was the bill looked like tip not included -see picture - as says "total before tip" . They disguise the tip as "Food" or "bar" - so I ended up tipping 35%. They should really let people know this as feels very underhanded. Later I checked Yelp and others said the same thing. SHould I have checked closer- yes - but shame on the owners/management for playing this game.

Slow night so we had good service. Shrimp trio was good. Make their own batter and it was tasty. Drink just ok. Reasonable prices.

A little off the beaten path in Hamilton. Upstairs restaurant with a simple decor. Service was very good and food was also very good and a good value for this town.
