I always look forward to coming here for dinner. I’ve always had good service even when it’s been busy. Friday night we had a reservation and opted to sit at the bar. We were not acknowledged by either bartender and guests that came in at least 10 minutes after us were served a drink first. We ordered guacamole to start... After waiting a while I had to ask where it was (we didn’t get it until we were almost finished our second drink)... it had been sitting at the end of the bar for sometime. Because of the delay in receiving our starter all of our food ended up coming out at the same time. We ended off with mezcal, the description said light hints of smoke and vanilla. My friend (not overly familiar with mezcal) asked where the hint of vanilla was as it was very smoky... instead of the bartender politely saying it’s open to a persons pallet he was rude and condescending. I was taken aback with the rudeness. He later came to apologize to say he was at a loss for words... I appreciate the apology, but after crappy service this was the icing on the cake. I love the food here but I don’t know that I’ll be coming back. I’m disappointed and still feeling bad for my friend that was spoken to like she was an idiot.

During our recent visit to Lost + Found our food was ok. It wasn’t bad but could have been better. Our tuna sushi nachos were a little disappointing. The rest of the food was good. One note to the restaurant; ditch the brown mugs for drinks. Without straws it’s nearly impossible to get half of your drink out of the mug, as it sits in the small indent threatening to dump your ice in your face yet keeping the liquid far from reach. (The drink was very tasty. I did have to pour it into a water glass to finish it.)

We have frequented this eatery several times and have genuinely enjoyed our dining experience. There was a reservation for six in total, it took 20 minutes to order drinks, and another thirty to receive them. Granted the place was packed, but understaffed. One bartender. Our appetizers were fabulous.... chips guacamole and chicken skins. Our mains (all tacos) arrived cold, dried and soggy. Our waiter apologized and the orders were remade. Unfortunately the replacement tacos weren’t much better.

We have been in about 3-4 times in the last 6 weeks? I will say each time we have had to search to our server for more napkins.. Can you just put more than 2 in the tin cup? We have tried a lot of items on your menu and quite happy with most - what was disappointing (which was a surprise for us) was the tacos? Way to much stuff (or possibly a "poor build") on the tiny taco, making it very difficult to eat. We tried the Veracruz, The Nashville Chicken & Baja Shrimp (this one was super messy). And yes, we have had tacos many times before, have done Mezcal in Hamilton many times (best tacos so far for us), Burrows (in Burlington, which builds/serves taco in a little holder) and Messa (also in Hamilton). We will continue to visit will just avoid the tacos... As an fyi - our current other fav in St. Kitts is "The Odd Bird" . Totally amazing food!
