   Very beautiful venue, delightful meal, excellent service at restaurant. However, the hotel does not allow Uber pickup at hotel. It is a very long walk to the gate. This created an extremely frustrating end to an otherwise wonderful evening dinner.

   The hotel is very nice and the restaurant has beautiful views. We went here for Christmas Eve dinner and it was good. We were not expecting a buffet dinner but that is ok. Though the food was good, I am not sure that it was worth the price. If you are staying at this resort, it would be perfectly fine and very nice. If coming from downtown, it is a bit of a drive out to the hotel and I would say that there are equally as good places for the same price or less within walking distance.

   We visited during our trip to Cabo. We dined at Los Risco on Christmas Eve, I wish prior to our dinner that I would have known our meal was going to be a mediocre buffet. There was barely anything my kids would eat let alone us and we are not picky eaters. They wouldn’t let us pay in cash and even though we had 2 bills (one did the buffet and one for drinks) they took our $100 on a $50 drink bill and didn’t give us change back. We had to ask for our $100 back and pay that one as well on a credit card.

   El lugar, la vista, la comida todo muy bien, el único detalle es que no tenían la reservación que había hecho mediante open table, pero nos pasaron después de un rato.

   Gustavo is a wonderful and energetic. He did everything he possibly could to make sure we were happy even though his partner called in sick. Food was amazing. Best tuna we have had in a long time. Fresh and seared to perfection. Wine options on all inclusive are limited and not great. Service and food were excellent

   I'm calling this the good the bad and the ugly. First the good. Location and view. A+. Salad bar and the corn soup. Spot on. Now for the bad. Things on the menu that are not available and not being told. Scallops they advertise. Service. Non existent. Take your order. Deliver. Clean up. Wine service is self service. The ugly. The beef. For me the porterhouse. First time ask was medium rare. Came well. Second time raw and cold. Third time not a charm but patients reached. Tough. Grizzle. Tasteless. Seafood was good. Give up your carnivore ways if you dine here.

   I booked 2 weeks in advance so that i would have a table at 8:00 pm on New Year’s Eve. I show up with my date on New Years and they said no tables. Then they tried to push me their other restaurant serving some crappy buffet

    Ricardo, the GM, is a gem. He made sure we had a stunning sunset view table and our every wish granted. Servers were excellent and food delicious. Hope to return.
