The food was great and the staff was very friendly. Enrique our was funny and very attentive. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to my family and friends.

They have ads online for lunch specials… they don’t have lunch specials! Bread before lunch was burnt. Potato puree was cold, not one but both my wife’s and mine were cold, not warm, but cold. They took them both back, they took what it seemed to be forever to bring them back… the outside warm, not hot, warm! The inside, cold!! Are you kidding me?? Then my wife cuts her salmon, the outside warm, the inside cold!! WOW! Manager came and said… we’ll take care of the puree, don’t worry… we asked how about the cold fish? She asked… what you want me to do with it ma’am? She was very polite, but really?? You’re the manager and you don’t know what to do when a customer gets cold fish and cold potatoes?? That’s when we had it… take it all back I just want to leave! THANKS FOR THE AWESOME EXPERIENCE! Most likely will never go back and whomever asks me I will refer them to this review and visit at your own risk!

This place does not ever disappoint! It is our favorite place to get great food, service and love. Last night Jose Miguel (Chuo) and Agusto served us with excellence as per usual. We love the kitchen staff too, because although we don’t see them, our food is always perfection.

They did not have items listed on the menu available, like the filet mignon and the lamb, the waiter said that they were out of it around 7:30 pm???? it is hard to believe that they could not have those in the refrigerator, they could even run down to the nearest PUBLIX and get them. The sangria was way too sweet and had canned fruits served in the bottom of the glass?? The music was way too loud for the size of the restaurant. My second choice order of the bone in ribeye was overcooked and so hard that it was impossible to cut it even with the steak knife or chewing it. They charged 18% service charge, and on the bill they also listed a line for gratuity, this practice is very misleading. I would and will stay away from this place

They didn’t have a lot of the items on the menu. Prices have gone up drastically in the last year. Not sure I would go back.

The food is delicious at Los Parrilleros, but the service is outstanding. We love our servers Miguel and Jose Miguel!!!! We never have to ask for anything because it is there before we get a chance! They are the best. Also, want to mention Jonathan, who comes around to say hello even though we are not at his table. Finally, the one’s making and preparing the food deserve a shout out too!

We booked in advance to celebrate Valentine's Day at this restaurant, as it had received good recommendations. However, upon arriving punctually for our appointment, we were informed that the restaurant was full and they did not have the capacity to accommodate us, even though we had previously made a reservation. This resulted in great disappointment, as we had planned this evening in advance and relied on the confirmation of our reservation. It is unfortunate that a restaurant cannot handle its reservations properly, especially on such a special date. The lack of organization and treatment by the staff only made the situation worse. Overall, not only did we miss out on an important experience, but we also felt that our special occasion was not valued. Recommendation: My recommendation would be for the restaurant to take more care with its reservations and ensure that capacity is well managed, especially on special dates such as Valentine's Day.
