We’re honored to welcome Fauna Restaurante, named Best Restaurant in Mexico by the world's 50 best LATAM, for an evening at Los Félix. Chef David Castro Hussong brings the soul of Valle de Guadalupe to Miami for one night only — a tribute to Baja’s rich land and Pacific bounty. Expect modern Mexican cuisine at its most expressive: hyper-seasonal and rooted in place. This collaboration is incredibly special — Chef Sebastián first met David while they worked together at Eleven Madison Park. This dinner, is a celebration of shared philosophies, friendship, and memories.

We’re kicking off a season-long cocktail residency in collaboration with Manojo Mezcal and Condesa Gin, celebrating the artistry of world-class mixologists from Mexico and beyond at Los Félix. Each month, four original cocktails will take over our bar—bold, inventive, and delicious! We’re thrilled to welcome back our friend Chef Jaime Rodríguez of Celele—all the way from Cartagena, Colombia—for a one-night-only dinner on August 7th. Los Félix x Celele brings together two chefs united by deep cultural curiosity and a reverence for ancestral knowledge. At just 37, Jaime has become one of Colombia’s most celebrated chefs, co-founding Celele, currently ranked #19 on Latin America’s 50 Best Restaurants and previously honored as One to Watch, recipient of the Art of Hospitality Award and most recently, winner of The Best Terroir Award 2024, powered by Estrella Galicia. Since its opening, @celele_restaurante has become the crown jewel of Cartagena’s culinary renaissance—and we couldn’t be more honored to share this moment with you. Join us for a special evening as these two chefs combine their passion and expertise to create a unique menu that highlights Colombia's Caribbean flavors.
