   The wait staff while friendly was clearly in need of assistance as we did not get simple things like water refilled for long periods of time. The margaritas were horrible to say the least. Even after taking the tiniest sip, I asked the waiter to send it back and she simply said she couldn’t and I would still be charged for it. While I was not expecting an entirely new drink to replace it, she could have gone about it in another matter. I then asked for a regular margarita (and asked to tone down the sweetness) she said she couldn’t ask the bar to do that. Clearly annoyed by the response, I just asked for it anyway and when it arrived it was drinkable but still one of the worst margaritas I have had. If going for food and food only, it’s worth the price.

   Literally came here because it was national margarita day and the margaritas stunk... they were probably the worst margaritas I have ever had. Being generous and giving them a 3 out of 5 stars because the food was good, but they need to recreate their drink menu and get a new bartender. The service was also really slow. Stood at the hostess stand for about 5 minutes before anyone showed up. Overall disappointing experience.

   I was looking forward to trying Los Cuernos as i live in the area. I have to say i was disappointed in the overall experience. We ordered Margaritas and they gave them to us in plastic glasses, the server said they ran out of glasses. The food was okay, when my friend ordered her steak, she specifically asked for it to be well done as she doesn't like to see the blood and when she received the dish it had blood all over. The manager seemed to be in a bad mood.

   Food continues to be tasty but they have a real non-customer-centric attitude. They refuse to cater to simple dietary restrictions, such as vegetarians, for instance. Hostess was actually really good when we last went, which is a very welcome change from our previous experiences. However, server was snippy when we requested a substitution that was clearly available on the menu plus got our order wrong. Has potential so hope they heed the constructive feedback.

   Food was good as usual. Service was sub par. We were a large group and the server struggled to attend to everyone.

   We keep ordering the shrimp and snapper because they're just too delicious. It comes with some salad, and a nice rice side. The service is 5 star. It's easy to find as it's on a main road, but it doesn't feel like a main road, and there's a pretty view. Make sure to tell the host or hostess that you have a reservation through OpenTable. Twice now, I've been told I wasn't at Los Cuernos, when I was. One of those times, I didn't mention the reservation; the second time, I did mentioned the reservation. Maybe the two companies have a quirk to work out. I wish they would because it kinda puts a damper on an otherwise great experience

   I heard about this restaurant after going to La Taqueria Downtown and was so impressed. Great spot for delicious food in a more upscale scene. The service was fantastic and truly loved the location. Doesn't have the dive bar feel like La Taqueria but I will definitely be coming back.

    Food is good and servers are friendly. However, they really need to 1) improve their front of restaurant staff who just continues to be short on customer service and 2) add more veggie options to the menu. Really unfortunate as this could have been a five star review.
