   Long waits even though it wasn’t crowded. Took 15 minutes to be greater at our table. By the time the server arrived, we ordered drinks, appetizers, and our meals. Appetizer hadn’t arrived after 25 minutes so we just canceled it. Waited another 20 minutes before our food came out and it was lukewarm.

   Food came out cold and the taste was not fulfilling 😒 I ordered the hard shell chicken tacos with beans and rice. The shells taste stale and out a box from the grocery store. Beans and rice the same. Taste like whoever prepared my meal...ran to Walmart and grabbed the ingredients and slapped them on my plate. Nothing authentic about the meal whatsoever. Waste of time and money. Would not eat hear again. Very disappointed.

   The menu was restrictive. You cannot order a taco- ala carte. You can not mix and match proteins on the taco/burrito options. The price is high for the quality of food. Chips and salsa are available only at a fee. Sour cream only comes when ordered for an additional fee. There was a metal wire in our rice. On the plus side, the salsa in the tacos was tasty and fresh. The pork carnita was good.

   Food is horrible, just plain. Way too expensive. This restaurant is a gimmick in a cheap resort selling condos. Any review over a 2 is a fake review.

   Our first day checking in to Westgate resorts we decided to tap dinner at los amigos. I love the walkway to get to the restaurant and as soon as you come in the decor is just outstanding. We were treated graciously and seated. Here is what we ordered and loved. I ordered the Carnitas enchilada with the red sauce on the side. The food was delicious and Fresh my husband ordered the steak burrito.
