I was a bit disappointed. They did not have the starter I ordered off the menu and the main course I ordered was not as described on the menu so I had a burger instead. It was OK but pricy at €21. The food was alright but not memorable. It was a very cold and windy evening and a very cold draught went through the restaurant every time the door opened.

Food was very expensive for what we considered to be quite ordinary - steak €36 with a small salad and not good broccoli! chips were very nice! Starters a little overpriced also. Coffee was awful- chicory flavor espresso. Room was quite cold. It was a windy day and every time the door opened we froze even though we were a good distance away.

Mostly enjoyed it - great friendly service, however while the starters we had we very good, the main courses could be improved. The fried chicken needs some veg or potato type accompaniment - I didn’t like the sweet bread and its not enjoyable for a main meal, without it there wasn’t enough on plate. The coleslaw was very nice but small portion. Desert choice was only ok. Overall would give it another chance...

Always tasty food but the service always tends to be slightly lacking...young team who are obviously still learning the ropes, pleasant but lacking in menu knowledge! Would definitely return though!

We finally managed to go for dinner with another couple who are into food just as much as we are. My expectations were quite high and I was a little concerned the menu choices may not be great (I don't like ordering steak in restaurants). Anyway, what an outstanding dinner we had!!! The starters (two different seafood based dishes) we're really good and the special (prawn-based) was super. We then ordered the seafood main special of the day (whole sea bream) that was superb! The wines were also really good (chenin blanc and Chilean Pinot Noir) and very good value for their quality. We also had tiramisu (one of the nicest ever had as it was really light and tasty). The only downside: the white port we had at the end was a little "thin" for my taste. Staff were very nice and very good,, not super experienced but it. Was actually a plus as it made it a relaxing experience. Overall really impressive, will definitely go back!

Warm and cozy on bad weather evening ... Waitress really pleasant and food excellent A bit pricey , should be round 22 euro for local menu , glass of wine good idea , extra glass should be at lower price Happy overall
