Lord Hobo in Cambridge is one of those places you wonder just what it is when you see the name. It may be a bit of a hole in the wall, but that is part of its charm, oh and by the way, the cuisine is American with a great rotating selection of craft beers on tap. You’ll find some classic favorites but also a few quirky things that you just have to try.
It might sound a tad on the odd side, but the pig fritters made with slow braised pig’s head are a small plate worth giving a shot. So is the pork belly with fried green tomatoes. It couldn’t be called Lord Hobo without a hobo chili made in true hobo fashion loaded with every kind of meat under the sun. Expect the unexpected at Lord Hobo.
