About this restaurant

Collectively, the kitchen team has worked under 3 Michelin-Starred Chefs, cooked for both British and Thai royal families, and individually earned and maintained hats in two of Australia’s most highly regarded Thai restaurants. After 5 years of running Yandina’s Spirt House, Ben Bertei has made the move down the Bruce Highway to head up the kitchen, bringing along his long-term colleague Nathan Lastavec who began cooking with him when they were part of the start-up team at Longrain Melbourne. Bringing a mastery of specialty dishes from the Thai royal kitchens brings welcomed added flavours to the team.

The best eating in Brisbane and maybe in Australia? Taste is paramount and every dish jumps off the plate. The service is second to none and you are made to feel like you are the most important person in the room. Love love love it.
