Located in the Apex Mountain Resort Village, Longshots Steakhouse provides an intimate dining experience for everyone - a perfect get-away for celebrations, date nights or simply gathering with family or friends. Open since 2022, Longshots Steakhouse has become a popular destination for visitors to the resort. Reservations are recommended, but not required - our small, cozy bar area is a great place for a handcrafted cocktail to start or end your night!

Reservations are now available for the 2024/2025 season! Looking forward to seeing you starting Dec 20th!

We had the best experience at Longshots! By far the best dining we have had in a long time! Kevin, the manager was fantastic, the steaks were perfect, can’t even find words to describe the amazing flavors in each and every bite! Beautiful atmosphere with evening views of a snowy ski village! Don’t change a thing…see you next year!!! ♥️

My group of 12 friends dined here during our annual ski trip (from Seattle) and loved it. The food was delicious and the waiting staff was exceptional. We had a fantastic time and highly recommend. Pricing was reasonable. Only mark I'd have to give is that it took a little while to receive our dishes but that is very likely due to the fact we were a large group and the staff tried to send out the course at relatively the same time. Overall, fabulous.

We had a wonderful experience at Long Shots Steak House. We had requested a quiet table away from the kitchen and bathrooms and were seated in a perfectly quiet corner of the restaurant. Our server was fantasitic and knowledgeable, the food was delicious and the wine perfectly paired with our meals.

Such a great experience up at the hill. Our server was excellent. Food and cocktails were delicious. Big portions and ended up taking some home.

Excellent Friday night experience. Service was great! Food was amazing. Both the Tenderloin and Ribeye were cooked perfectly. Pork Belly and Steak Tartare was some of the best we have had. Topped it off with a cigar box to drink! Highly recommend, this is a great change from the Gun Barrel for a more romantic dinner experience at Apex.
