This is our go-to place for delicious, fresh authentic Italian and always-excellent service from a knowledgeable and friendly staff. A welcoming experience every time. Always happy to bring family members and friends who are visiting from the NYC metro area and other states — they always love it too.

We had to push back our reservation an hour due to a delay at my son's graduation. Thankfully they had one reservation available! The service was great, the food was delicious and reasonably priced. Our waiter was knowledgeable about the menu and very friendly.

We ordered the Supli for an appetizer, Veal Milanese for dinner, outstanding! Save room for their individually ordered donuts, a little slice of heaven!! Jessica, our server was amazing, ambiance was just right, I give it a 10 out of 10!!

We Love Longo, but last night was a rare bad experience for our group of six, including two friends who were dining at Longo for the first time. We had tickets for a 7:30 show at The United Theatre, just around the corner, so I made a reservation for 6PM. We all arrived 15 minutes early, and we were seated immediately. No one ordered apps, just drinks and three Ceasar salads (to split), which arrived promptly . Unfortunately, our main dishes didn’t come till after 7PM, and we were all frantic to eat and get to the show! To be clear, everyone agreed the food was absolutely delicious, as we have come to expect, but our reservation time should have allowed time to savor, vs. inhale it! I ordered one of Longo’s signature pizzas, and had to ask for a knife to cut it, and I never got one. We had to ask for to-go boxes and took half of the food home with us, which required a stop at our car to avoid bringing it into the theatre. So, not a perfect experience, but we won’t hesitate to go back, because Longo is typically one of Rhode Island’s best dining destinations!

Normally if we at Longo's fail to satisfy our customers we would certainly offer an apology or do what we can to make it right. While we understand your plans we cannot assume responsibility for any perceived delay in your food related to your theatre plans. We book 6 people for a total of 2 1/2 hours. You booked for 6pm giving us 1 1/5 hours to service your table. We have a full restaurant at 6 pm. In order to be fair to all our guests we have pacing procedures for our kitchen and servers depending on party size to abide by. We try our best to cater to our theatre guests but ultimately it is the responsibility of our guests to plan accordingly. For the future I suggest booking earlier to assure you are not feeling rushed. In consideration we do feel we were unfairly reviewed this time.

Great place in downtown Westerly,RI. Reservation should be made, especially during the summer season. Being from Brooklyn and Italian, I usually don't eat meatballs out, but meatball appetizers were on the money. Waiter staff is young and needs some more experience. Overall excellent place.

Food was delicious.. The Longo Pizza Supreme was fantastic. Carbonara was so tasty and delicious. Meatballs did not live up to the hype..they were ok but nothing to rave about. Chicken parm was big and fantastic. Will definitely be returning
