Service and atmosphere were great. I had the power bowl, it was delicious. My friends had a hamburger and a salad and my other friend had a salad with shrimp. They both said their meals were delicious. It is a little expensive for lunch but an average price for a nice restaurant in a beautiful venue.
Excellent food, amazing service, Dan Trevelino is always and incredible hosting presence, highly recommended
Great place to eat when touring the gardens, we were there during the very busy garden lights but our server Kyle still gave us great service.
Food was just average and overpriced.
Had service issues wished they would have brought out child’s food out first, that is what we requested. Also took over 10 minutes to get a drink
All staff were exceptionally pleasant. Food was very tasty and beautiful in presentation. We had a delightful meal. We happily recommend the restaurant and will certainly go back.
It was a fabulous evening. We all enjoyed our dinner and then the Holiday LIghts at the gardens. The ambience and service were spectacular and my spouse and friends enjoyed their meals. The only disappointing note was that my salmon was not medium and my food was barely warm. Since we were all there for the lights, I did not send the meal back. We had an early reservation and the restaurant was not crowded.
Nice as a once a special day.
Our host greeted us warmly, by name. He had reserved a table for us by the window, and a server came by right away. The lights were low and relaxing, as was the music. Our meal was prepared quickly, and well presented, and it was Delicious! During the meal, our server was very polite and attentive. What else can I say, other than ‘Bravo to the chef, as it was a divine dining experience.’
Convenient if you are in the Garden. Very limited menu, but food is pretty good. Service was caring, but not terribly experienced.
Enjoyed the food, ambiance and location! Thanks for accommodating us early. We'll visit again in the future. Thank you!
Staff was great. Had a table by the window with nice view. Our server was wonderful and very attentive. The food was very good. I had the carbonara and I'm not sure but the pasta tastes like it was freshly made. Very good. The rest of our diners said their food was very good as well. We will definitely be back.
The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Our food was delivered to us in a timely manner and was delicious. We had a table near the fireplace and it was very comfortable.
While I answered yes to recommending, it would come with lots of caveats. Because this is the only full service restaurant in the Atlanta Botanical Gardens, I would still recommend as the choice when doing the Christmas light display. However, despite almost empty restaurant, service was slow and server was not personable at all. The cheese tray and frisee salad were good . The pasta carbonara was awful. It was served as a cream sauce that was heavy with garlic. The flavor of the whole dish was just overwhelming garlic.
Such a nice respite in the beautiful botanical gardens. Great menu options for kids.
While I wish the trout would reappear on the menu, this is a very good restaurant. Given that it is the only place in the Botanical Garden to eat, it is commendable that the restaurant and staff maintain high standards of quality and service at very reasonable prices.
Captive audience . Main restaurant is very nice and good. Other options have always been subpar with food very expensive and of poor quality.
Wonderful views and setup, expensive for the amount of food you get
We were 1st time diners on New Years Eve. Food and service were very good. Our server seemed harried because of the crowd, but did not rush us through dinner and gave us time between courses. However, the prices charged for the amount of food is fairly expensive and the tables along the windows where we sat felt crammed in and tight. We will definitely try this restaurant again the next time we visit the gardens.
Would recommend for food and location but the restaurant itself could be better organisés and more cozy:)
The food is creative and the service is good. We enjoyed our dinners. portions are a bit smaller than in some restaurants, but quite sufficient. It was very loud. There could be some kind of sound absorption that might help.
Celebrate Christmas with my daughter and husband and to see the lights - service was excellent and the menu was lovely - we very much enjoyed our evening !! We will return !!
We picked the wrong night, alas, because “holiday lights” was in full swing. But usually this is a marvelous place to eat.
We asked for online and were seated at the quiet corner table by the window. Service was outstanding while not intrusive, wood was delicious and wine was great. Kale chicken ceasar salad was really tasty and it disappeared quickly from our plates. For desert we had an Egg nog Creme Brulee which was great while different from other Creme Brulees....
Always a pleasure to eat at Longleaf 😊
Great food. Quieter at the time we went. The food was a little pricey, but it was good. Very nice server. He was cute too.
Daughter was in town, went to see Festival of Lights. Had dinner there. Love that menu has something for everyone from burgers to vegan. I especially liked chicken pot pie.
We had reservations, got there early, host was very friendly, great waiter also. All had a great attitude which could only make you feel good. Service was prompt but not rushed.
Pretty disappointed in our visit. Thought it was supposed to be a nice restaurant. We were served dry chicken and canned Coke. $124 bill. Won't be back
On a very crowded night during the holidays, Longleaf was the perfect dining choice during our visit to the Botanical Gardens!
We made a reservation during the botantical lights. I didn’t realize it was going to take us 1.5 hours to include parking the line. They kindly held our table for us and we walked right in and ate. Service was great. Food was good and quick. Thank you!
Great food. Surprising high level of complex dishes
food was too small compare to the price.
Nice restaurant with good food. However, it was a holiday and we felt rushed. Waiter was offering desert menu before I was halfway through my entrée. I assume it wouldn't be that way on a normal evening.
Our server Christine was amazing, she knew the menu and helped me order the perfect meals. I love this restaurant food is consistent and very tasty
Fabulous food fabulous service great ambience. Wonderful experience overall that was 10 fold what I was expecting
Reservations were easy to create using this App.. The Greenleaf restaurant was very clean and service was impeccable.
Holidays can be hectic for the restaurant business. However, that should be no excuse for sub-par service and undercooked food. I'm sure the longleaf provides excellent service during most of the year. Our experience proves that they have room for improvement during the holiday rush. For the price, we'd expect much better.
A little pricy, but excellent food, superior service & very pleasant dining experience
Wonderful attentive service and delicious food and wine in the gorgeous setting of the Atlanta Botanical Garden.
I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant because it’s overpriced the prime rib tasted like roast and it was served on grits instead of potatoes the collar greens on the pork chop plate was Overpowered by vinegar the rolls and cream butter was really good. The cheese cake was good. The waitress was really nice and very fast and helpful but the food was not worth the money this is way overpriced for what you get it cost us $103 for two people
