We have been going too long is Cafe for at least 20 years. It never disappoints !if you want to have great seafood, then Long Island Café in my opinion is the best . Theyhave such a wonderful staff too!

Food was very good. The tables are too close together. There is barely room to get between two tables to the bench seating and due to the close proximity, we were sprayed by another dinner’s lemon as they were squeezing it on their fish. Our server forgot to bring our bread out and seemed to overlook our table often. The grilled chicken with goat cheese was fabulous tasting!

Grady was polite and attentive as was the young busboy The food was hot, fast, and wonderful. I dont think there is a better Seafood place in all of Charleston! Do not miss this place!!

Consistently good food. Usually we experience very prompt service however we seemed to wait a long time -even though our orders were placed before most of the other tables. My flounder was excellent and perfectly done.

First time customers. We sat at a table for four along the banquet. Tables so close my husband couldn’t get in. Service was friendly and fast, for me, the food was average. Underwhelmed by ambiance.

I’d say to seat small tables every other table when possible to provide more ambience. If you have an annoying patron next to you, you have to hear them all night. Service from our waitress was slow and fairly unattended.

Kitchen backed up again. One of our favorites but we’re taking a break. Last three times we’ve been, we’ve waited an hour for entree. Food wasn’t up to normal high standards.

Seems like more tables have been added and it was extremely crowded with constant movement around us. The noise level was so loud we couldn't carry on a conversation. And, the service wasn't as good as usual.
