Food was great and nice distance between tables. Our waiter forgot about us and took forever to get anything, including the bill
Service was extremely poor . Tables were left dirty creating a massive problem with seagulls . My partner ended up leaving . Over horrible experience.
Food was great service was polite but slow and poor I wasn't asked how my meal was at any point nor was I offered another drink I felt like I was sitting in a parking lot left to fend off the seagull’s who were casually eating off neighboring tables. My date was almost struck in the head by a falling umbrella that was poorly weighted down by a plastic stand and the fencing erected in the parking lot looks like it was glued together by preschoolers. I made reservations the day before and was given the worst table in the parking lot and watched others without reservations wait 10 minutes and get the best seats which were actually in the patio area , I won’t be going back unless it’s for take out only
It was great being able to dine out again, their patio setup is great. Service was prompt, waitress polite and didn't make us feel rushed at all.
Staff very friendly, excellent service and great food.
Fajitas are not the same anymore. Pandemic portions at pandemic pricing. Shells are smaller, less meat and less fixings.

This was our first time out since the lockdown and my first time at a restaurant since this whole pandemic started, actually.
This was a great experience. The waitress was amazing! She always checked in on us in a timely manner and was very personable. There was one mistake with one of our food items (missing chicken on nachos) and she fixed that very quickly for us. Accidents happen, especially after being in lockdown for so long and she was great about it! Will definitely come back.
Server was odd. The place smelled like propane the whole time. Quick wait time tho.

We had a great server. Our meal was fabulous. Pretty expensive though…. almost 100 $ for 3 of us to have fajitas and pop. Because of that we probably won’t eat at Lone Star again for quite a while. :(
when we got there we were told we had to wait for 15 minutes that there was no server for our section. we had a reservation for 12pm. then we asked if we could sit and get a drink . we were told yes so we got a table and then we waited. People came in after us were being served then finally we got some ones attention and he said he would be right there. Then all of a sudden a women appeared and served us. The drinks and the chicken wings were good but the salad was not. We were there before and everything was very good.
Online reservation was fast and easy. Patio space was great, under the circumstances. Server was friendly, attentive and efficient. Food was tasty, but portion size continues to shrink so less value for money.
Fantastic service and super quick. Servers and staff did a great job considering the high influx of people. Drinks and food were 10/10. Only thing that could improve is the music was not country and I think the parking lot patio could have a bit more to it or saved for walk ins.
They didn’t have any room for our reservation they gave our table away to a young couple who arrived before us. The food was cold the waitress had to repeat our questions and seemed very unaware of what’s on the menu bar. It took along time for our food no one asked if we needed anything we had to ask several times for napkins. Was very disappointed in the service and quality of food the steak was raw and had blood coming from it
Crazy expensive. $100 for lunch for me and my kids. Wont be back

Nice to sit in the patio after being locked up for so long.
I chose to adjust my reservation 1 hour forward and then showed up 20minutes before that. There were no problems with this! Couldn’t use the QR Covid check form because my phone doesn’t have internet, service was excellent upto dessert time which took a bit too long in my opinion for a spot that wasn’t too busy. Overalll my steak was excellent and so were the ribs my wife had, the coleslaw could use a little work though! AM
So grateful for the staff who cared enough about my food allergy to ensure I had a safe dining experience. They took time to make changes to my order and inform the kitchen staff so that there was minimal risk of cross contamination. Thank you for such great service!
We went wanting to eat before going to the movies and they had us fed on time to catch the trailers.
I always go here but this time it did not seem like the same place. ordered an adult beverage and I swear there was no alcohol in it, so i switched to water. the food was all over cooked and some burnt. The order was screwed up, so my wife had to wait for her meal so all of us were done before hers came. then when it did come she couldn't eat because it was over cooked.

Still a great place to dine however with all this COVID, there's just too much confusion happening. First off, is someone is making a reservation, they should tell you beforehand that you have to register each person in your party prior to getting to the restaurant. Personally, registering ONE person in the party should be sufficient. I do not like my kids personal information being posted online so I gave fake names and numbers for them. Management needs to get a handle on this. Will visit again at some point.
It was my first time at this lonestar and i was really happy with my experience, service was extremely fast, food was great, server was wonderful! It was a bit pricey, but worth it

Had ribeye steak very nice indeed
Enjoyed our dinner out after a long lockdown. The only thing we didn’t like was the request for us to fill out a form on our phones. It was frustrating and we ended up getting the host to do it on her host tablet. Much quicker and easier. Simple questions with simple answers done quickly by the host on our behalf instead of us trying to get on the wifi and scroll through the questionnaire. Other than that it was a nice dinner out. Bartender was our server for dinner and he was on point. We will be back

We called to find out how long the wait was. I asked if there was a wait app (like Homesense). No one told us about reservations online till we were driving there, then made a reservation.
When we arrived, it was a bit of a cluster. The hostress was not helpful considering the new rules for dinning out. She told me to scan the code on the door and fill out the questionnaire. I had to ask her how because I had never done that before. She told us again a little annoyed we didn't know how and after I completed one, she then informed me I needed to show her. People were attempting to come in and she asked them to leave. I think there could be a way better setup for getting patrons information than doing this at the front door with a teenage hostress that wasn't overly helpful.
The waitress was attentive. She even gave my daughter a ball of dough to play with, which was a hit.
Dinner was good. No complaints.
Took an hour and a half to get our food after ordering. Steak was burnt on the outside. And they only took $5 off the bill ...
We had reservations for 5:30, sat down at the table for 5:30, ordered food by 5:45, food did not arrive to the table until 6:20! Anyone came over and apologized or to say " sorry we are running behind......" found that poor customer service!!!
It was slow. Was diss appointed we couldn’t order the family fajitas for dine. Waitress was sweet and kind.
Service was great fries and gravy cold. Other than that no complaints
It was good I really enjoy my beverage the food was good but could have used more vegetables.
Maybe it’s due to COVID, but the fajitas were not the same. The tortillas were cold and doughy. The peppers and onions were cut spaghetti thin.
It was not the same fajitas I was used to. Will wait a few months and try again.
Texas size Caesar was excellent. Would definitely recommend that drink.
Although it was a long wait for our food, the staff were very friendly and accommodating. They helped entertain our two kids while we waited, by giving them lumps of tortilla dough to play with. Once food arrived it was hot, and pretty tasty. Overall a good experience.
The waiter attitude was great but it took a long time for him to come to our table for the drinks order, to get our drinks and to get our food and to top up our drink. We were there for 2:30 hrs and we left right after eating.
I always love the food! It never fails to be delicious no matter what I order.
Me and my family have been huge fans of Lonestar for over 10 years and it’s still our favourite go to restaurant. Literally the best fajitas you will ever have, no one compares as they make their tortillas fresh in restaurant.
