Prices have gone up again. Extremely noisy and poor service. Food was great, but we waited 45 minutes to get it. Will think twice before I go again.

It took 40 mins to get our food. Tables of 2 that sat after us got their food well before us. Disappointing. Our server was nice, she did a great job.

My order was mixed up, I was given the wrong meal. Mistakes happen, that wasn't my main concern. Two managers did come over to let me know that my meal would be coming soon and sorry for the mix up. Which was great that the acknowledgment. I ordered the Chicken quesadilla. It was good. The presentation was terrible. This meal used to be served on a bed of lettuce with sour cream, salsa and guacamole. It came on a plate with 4 slices and a small container of sour cream. I did request no rice or beans so maybe that’s where the presentation was lacking. The other 3 meals at the table song with the nachos were presented great. Maybe some food for thought for next time.

Last time it was a nice day we sat outside. The service was good except they forgot to bring one of the dishes that we ordered, but we managed to work around it.

Our server was amazing. That was the best service we have ever had. He was funny and so on the ball. I just wish I knew his name. He should definitely be told he rocks at his job!!

We recently visited Lonestar Texas Grill and sat on the outdoor patio. While the atmosphere was nice, the patio chairs were quite hard to manoeuvre and awkward to get in and out of—this might especially be the case for shorter guests. The tall tables felt cramped when all the seats were occupied, and we actually had to get out of our chairs to let others sit in theirs, which was inconvenient. On the positive side, the food and drinks were good, though definitely on the pricier side. Overall, it’s not a place I’d visit regularly, but it might suit those looking for a one-time Tex-Mex experience with decent food.
