   The salsa and chips was good, however, a very small amount was provided. Otherwise, apart from the burger my Dad ordered, the food was basically the same from-frozen stuff I get at Costco. Disappointing indeed!! Even though the restaurant was mostly empty, service was very slow and we had to remind our server that we’d asked for drink refills more than once. Overall, disappointed and unlikely to return.

   Our entire experience was okay. The food was outstanding as per usual and the ambiance was what you would expect. We shared chicken fajitas and had the table side guacamole. The thing that stood out was our server. I wish that Snakebite wasn't so busy because the service really lacked. You could tell that the manager has cut other servers and Snakebite had to pick up extra tables and we ended up being abandoned. The worst part was the food runner, who delivered and prepared our table side guacamole and then our fajitas. She was outstanding! Definitely the highlight.

   Went during the ice storm. They were short staffed but still great, the food was excellent and the lights were on!

   Took 10-15 mins for our server to acknowledge us once we sat down. Empty dishes and glasses left on table even though we kept ordering

   We were a party of six out for dinner ahead of the Barrie Colts game. We had made a reservation ahead of time which was very convenient and saved us the wait and we were seated once we arrived. Our server, Citrus, was great but the support staff was lacking. Another staff member brought out our appetizers but no plates or napkins, it was our server that brought them once she came to check on us and the food. The same thing happened with our entrees. Our meals were brought out by another staff member and we asked for cutlery, waited and nothing came. Our serve came to check on us and promptly brought us cutlery, even though we told her that we asked the other staff member for them. I felt for our sever as she was constantly picking up where her team members were dropping the ball. Food was good, although $2.99 for a spoonful of guacamole is a bit pricey. Despite the hiccups in service we had a great time and would eat here again.

   Food was below average for the price point. Everything else was average. No major concerns, but food was just not great.

    Booking wasn't ready we booked over 2 weeks in advance and still had to wait to be seated as they did not have it ready. No ribs to order as they didn't have any. No IPA beer. We didn't even get to sit before waitress asked what we wanted to drink. We had to ask hostesses for water and a knive to cut the birthday cake. Place was empty as well. Like the staff wanted to go home early.
