London Street Brasserie is the second award-winning restaurant by owner and proprietor Paul Clerehugh. Opened in 2000 next to the river Kennet in the heart of Reading, the London Street Brasserie has won both critical acclaim and Michelin recognition and has also been voted restaurant of the year.

Lovingly called the LSB by regulars and locals, the restaurant has become a firm favourite in the area and a must visit for foodies.

Stellar dinner riverside and sunny side on the lovely balcony of this cozy brasserie. Definitely a recommendable spot in the city center of Reading, UK.

The food and service was extremely good, however it's a bit pricey. They are charging London prices or more in reading

I have,very been eating here for 25 years and for the first time as a foodie I am disappointed. We ordered 5 starters and 4 drinks 160.00, not good value. Explanation calamari awful 14.00 and scraps of hrd chewy fried nothing disappointed. Must be frozen as all exactly tiny bits. Burrato 14.95 very average , tesco finest truffle burrato at 3.95 much superior with some stalk ends of asparagus hard and tasteless pea shoots to make it pretty. Aperol spritz served in a whiskey tumbler and very weak tasting, not bright. Colour and 10.00 each, normally served in a gin glass/cocktail bowl. No air conditioning Owner aloof and disengaged. Had to chase staff for bill when waited for 35 minutes. Real shame as has always been no 1 now recommending cote brasserie, syshimania , Italian deli in smelly alley and Persian restaurant on caversham bridge.

Interesting menu with plenty of options. Tasty food, friendly service. A little pricey but worth it.

Very nice place. Good location. V friendly staff and good food. Wide selection and a very good set menu too. Was meeting friends from different parts of the country and will choose here again.

Really good food, excellent menu. Relaxed service and a laid back atmosphere. Not cheap but reasonable overall.

A special occasion made equally special by this wonderful restaurant. Service pitched just right and we were offered a lovely private corner. The food was delicious and they come up with a special treat for the occasion.
