   The flower and mimosa at the entrance were a special touch for Mother’s Day. The food was good, ambiance was great, and view was beautiful. My server was not attentive and in a rush to leave, when asked for ice he grabbed it from the cooler that their water bottles were in (unsanitary)! Fortunately the bussers helped my table throughout our brunch. If the buffet room was less hot and better organized for shorter/faster lines, I would’ve given it 5 stars .

   Went to the Mother's Day Brunch here and it was immediately clear they had way oversold this event. Everything was super disorganized and intensely crowded. The buffet brought out the worst kind of people who were piling their plates as high as physically possible, so much so that dishes were brought out and gone in under 3 mins. They also now use the Westin valet for beach parking so the lines for that were insane. We were directed to park in the basement and had to maneuver around garbage to get to the lobby of the hotel. Not very luxe. In the end, the food and drinks were decent and the servers were obviously doing their best in what must have been a really stressful situation, so we tipped well. However, not the relaxing beach vibe I wanted for my mom's special day. We probably won't be back.

   We came before 1:15 the earliest reservations and were on the front line a while.We were told we would be able to get food and drinks for 2 hours from arrival but at 3 pm the waitress placed the check on the table. A short time after I asked for a mimosa after the waitress knocked over my margarita and was told no more drinks after 3 pm even though 2 hours after you are seated they should serve you as you pay for 2 hours of service . The supervisor Lisa stated they stop after 3 pm and do not honor the two hours even though they charge you for 2 to ours. Stay away from this scam.

   Super fun place to eat especially on cinco de Mayo!! We were there around 7pm and it was super busy. The food was amazing, I had the shrimp tacos and they were great! We also started with the traditional guacamole and that was delicious as well! The service was okay, she didn’t come by our table very often but I understand because it was so busy.

   Awful service, could barely get the attention of wziter, then did not bring drinks ordered. Foid spitty. Guacamole excellent. Enchiladas with strange sweet sauce. Margaritas very good.

   Started with the drink order that took forever to place even after the chips were literally dropped on our table. Margarita came out hot snd my husband ordered a beer with a cold glass He got the beer with a glass of ice. Ordered a salad with no onions… covered in onions… Ordered tacos with flour tortillas got corn which I hate. Lucky we got a table outside so the ambience was the only saving grace. If you’re looking for somewhere that serves the masses and no interest in you with service this is restaurant is for you.

   As always the Lona dining experience was top notch! The service is warm and friendly, expedient! Food is phenomenal, as are the drinks, consistently. Will always come back when in Fort Lauderdale!

   We had the guacamole and seafood relleno and both were amazing. The white sangria was also fantastic. We had a great evening with the great food and view!

   Our service was excellent, our food delicious, and Lona has a really fun vibe! The lobster quesadillas were delicious and the chocolate lava cake was outstanding. We will definitely be back!
