The sever was not really accommodating. We ordered a frozen drinks, but only one of us received a frozen drink. The machine was not working. The drinks were water down. The place was not crowded, we went for lunch. Very beautiful. But the service was horrible. Will never recommend or revisit.

The food was outstanding, the ambiance it was too loud to be able to converse without yelling at each other. One of the servers in particular caught my attention for her helpfulness, professionalism and kindness. Her name is Ornela. I would definitely comeback and hopefully next time the ambiance will be a little better.

Food was average at best my wife and I both ordered carne asada (steak) and meat was cooked to my liking but low quality and it was not tender at all. Margaritas made us both sick. Only had two each and I had all night headache and my wife upset stomach. They definitely use the cheapest tequila ever or I don't know what. Atmosphere was good and very energetic. Waiters were nice. I am sorry to say that I will not go back

We take pride in the quality of what we serve, so it's disappointing to hear that the carne asada didn’t live up to your standards. Your comments will be shared with our kitchen team as we’re always working to improve. Regarding the margaritas—we’re especially concerned to hear they made you and your wife feel unwell. For transparency, we use Pueblo Viejo and Milagro Silver tequilas in our cocktails, both of which are 100% agave and additive-free. We also juice our own fresh limes daily to ensure the best possible quality and flavor. We hope you give us second try.

the service was good! waitress was kind and attentive. but the food selection is really limited. small plates for a high price.

Food is great, service is great. I just wish it was a bit quieter. Maybe some sound-absorbing walls wouldn’t hurt.

We had an amazing time at Lolita! The food was fantastic and the service was great. Our servers were super attentive, friendly, and as accommodating as they could be. We had a large group for a celebration so we were appreciative of their patience and consistency. The space is also beautiful and the overall vibes made me wish more places were like this. I would definitely come back!
