   Awful experience for my friends birthday. We were seated 40 minutes later than our reservation. Multiple items of our order were forgotten. Peoples meals came out at all different times— the last person waited nearly an hour before being served! Drinks came out after the food and one girl was waiting all dinner for her drink to be served . All we wanted was one candle in a dessert and the churros came out CANDLELESS!

   Wonderful food as always but let down by lackluster service and an awful table location at a time of day when the restaurant wasn’t busy. This makes one question whether the steep prices are worth it.

   I love this location, it is right on the water with a great view of the city. The food is always amazing and the drinks are wonderful. This was my first time visiting for lunch and the food was still amazing. I recommend trying the Burrito & Queso!

   Food was great. Service was slow - over the course of a 3 hour dinner our waitress checked in on us twice - therefore we only got in 2 drink orders with our meal. Otherwise, trendy vibe (loud conversation and very dim lighting) so a fun atmosphere.

    Perfect spot for a leisurely Friday lunch with a good friend! The ambiance and service were great, the cucumber margarita and blackened tuna tacos were scrumptious!

    I thought the food was overpriced. I had the al pastor which comes with 2 tacos. She asked if I wanted 3 tacos. I said yes, not knowing it would be an extra $7. Which wouldn't be a problem but their tacos are tiny. The cornbread is delicious. We had the sampler guacamole which was good especially the bacon one was great but you literally get 1/3 of a cup of each. Portions are soooo small. I don't mind paying for food but I want to get a decent portion. Our server wasn't friendly at all and acted like she couldn't be bothered. She wasn't attentive and did the bare minimum. She was so bad my friend didn't even want to tip her, which we would never do of course. But we gave her the standard, nothing extra. I wouldn't go back just based on the service and the fact that I feel the food is overpriced for what you get.

    Average brunch. Would not go back. Flavor was heavy and felt very thrown together. Eggs didn’t taste fresh. Very dry. Waitresses were that friendly.

    Surprise party. Everything was great but they had no idea how to handle anbirthday party. Couldn’t figure out candles and putting cake onto table/singing - also confusion when seating us after I called to prepare them. Poor communication. Great food and nice staff but not able to handle birthday nor surprise birthday

    Love the food at Lolita. I wish the host/hostess were a bit more welcoming and would seat people as they arrive since most people would order drinks/appetizers immediately rather than crowding into the bar.

    Made reservations for 2:30 and they called at 1:30 to tell me that the kitchen would be closed from 2:30 to 4. They should have mentioned this when I made the reservations. We had to scramble to get there earlier in order to get food

    Beautiful new location, food was excellent, but it was VERY LOUD. Sitting at a table for two, I couldn't carry on any kind of conversation with my friend. It was Wednesday, not a busy date night. Disappointing since it was great otherwise.

    Excllente and cozy restaurant! One you enter here, you start feeling satisfied with its ambience music and decorations!!! Food is above deliciousss!!! Steak tacos are juice and crunchy!!! Mmmmm Churros are orgasmiccc!!!!!! Crunchy and smooth inside , warm and dip in the chicolate takes you to starss!! Absolute excellente restaurant!!!

    Service fine. Drinks all ice. Food just okay. Not impressed at all after a second visit. Mostly fluff which is probably fine for the crowd you service but overall just average. Best part is the hidden gem outdoor bar out back on a warm summer or even cool Fall night.

    Food was great, but our waiter vanished after our initial order. Was going to order more food, but sat at our table with empty plates for 1/2 hour. Never had our drinks refilled, and 20 minutes passed between asking for the check & receiving it.

    The food, place and music was amazing but unfortunately service was really bad: our waiter was kind of rude and pushy. She was all over ya asking very minute if we were ready to order till she came back and just said “what are you going to order?” (Without caring if we were ready or not to order)... then after we ordered she replies in a rude tone of voice “JUST that?” ... we were completely surprise how rude she was. We got a 100dlls for a two person check and still she was unhappy because it was JUST that. Hope the administration read this because the last couple of times I have been the same kind of service: rude and impolite. Although food was amazing we consider that prices are a little high considering the quantity of food served.

    Service was appallingly bad. The waiter came over /walked by only 2 times. We went to a hostess and another serve staff asking to bring our waiter - and he still never come by to our table. Further to that - we didn’t get one of our drinks and part of our order A which took 3 separate complaints to get what we ordered to our table. Really bad experience and we brought out of town guests here. Was really unfortunate that our night turned into just talking about how bad the experience and service was.
