Bar tender was moody
Great food and services
Came to celebrate a friends birthday and the food was outstanding and the service was great too! We had a really enjoyable meal
Best Argentine food . Great service. The staff friendly food amazing. The octopus was grilled to perfection and the empanadas de carne were amazing.the crust was light and the filling full of flavor. A must when you are in San Francisco
The food was amazing. Fun atmosphere and great service. The noise level made it so that we had to shout and ask each other to repeat what we just said. That was unfortunate because everything else was a 10.
Great service, even better food! Highly recommend
The food is spectacular and so is the service. Already thinking about the next time I’ll go!
Delicious food and wonderful ambience.
This was our first time bringing the kids, and it was surprisingly kid friendly! We went @530pm and had a phenomenal server. The family style menu was perfect, too.
Birthday! It was great
Great service, followed by great drinks and ambiance! Empanada was out of this world! Ribeye was worth every penny and then some. Unfortunately I made the mistake of getting the dry lamb shank. Bad choice very dry and extremely gamey. Very disappointed!
Really good food here, all items I really enjoyed, very good flavors and dishes.
The jicama salad and broccoli Had a lottt of lemon on them and was very tart and acidic. This was too much for my taste but still good ingredients. Might have preferred that the lemon was on the side but the wind and dishes we had were really great so all around a good time.
Beautiful ambiance, delicious food and great service.
One of my favorite places in San Francisco! A must go if you are in the Mission. Make a reservation and prepare to have your taste buds very satisfied!
I am never too much of a fan of super close communal table seating but it is nice and cute and the atmosphere is chill for a romantic dinner date. The flavors in the food were excellent, though one of the peppers in the Asado mixto caught me off guard and absolutely set my mouth ablaze. The pork belly appetizer was probably the highlight. I would come back and try some other things here.
Food came out fast and I really like the beef tongue. Environment is good except is too loud!
Overall Very Good. Food, Great. But, DETAILS matter when you are spending $125 per head AND it could have cost more. Most of the problems have to due with STAFF. Upon entry to the restaurant, the hostess' were kind but semi-distracted. Despite arriving for an early dinner with reservations, we still had to wait although there were empty tables. Since that was the case, we should have been shown to the bar not told to stand around. We would have bought a drink. Second, our waiter, although kind, was rushed and hurried and in a very ROTE way explained the menu BUT when asked questions, could not answer. In a restaurant trying to be 4 or 5 star, the waitstaff needs to FULLY understand the types of LIQUOR and WINE that would best match our food. The waiter could not answer questions about the type of VODKA. When asked where a certain VODKA came from, (I never heard of it), he said "what do you mean?" Thought that was telling. Similar inquires were met with a lack of knowledge. This keeps this restaurant at a 3 star rating. BATHROOMS were FILTY and overflowing with trash. This really pushes down the rating to a 2.5 but will keep it at 3.
A long-time fave! Best Pisco Sours, full grilled steaks and Gaucho sides made for a delightful birthday Party!
Above call of duty service brought surprise Birthday Cake with candel/on the house!
Great Food by Very Nice People!
Delicious flavors- we loved all our tapas. However, The meats (we got short rib and ribeye) were too smoky for our taste.
Palmito salad and Ceviche mixture were well seasoned, but so perfectly -- acidic, spicy, herby, fish saucy -- I actually commented several times that whoever was making it that night really was being ballsy because nothing was overly salty or aggressive, but it definitely packed their flavor punches. Meats, as expected, were charred and grilled well. Will definitely come back.
Been here 4 times. Love this place more every single time.
very good food and service.
Good drinks and snack deals to be had at happy hour before dinner! Get there when it opens at 5:30. Afterwards moved on to a nice shared dinner of 7 items. About $55 per person with 3 diners and only one drink. Nice space and a bit noisy. Gets busy about 6:30. Free 2 hour parking off side streets a few blocks away for those that can handle walking. Paid parking garage within a block. Check out the rooftop bar which has separate entry.
Great food and service! Highly recommend it!
Love this spot. Definitely consistent in everything we order. Love the food and ambiance.
Very attentive to dietary requirements, server marked every menu item for gluten.
Food is good but relatively small portions. I noted that the dinner was a birthday occasion and nothing special was done :(
Very good food, but the waiter was not coming very often, and she forgot a glass and a knife
Th ambiance is really good
Obsessed! Moved to SF 10 mos ago and been here 6 times, it’s my fav. Brussels are THE BEST and everything is perfectly seasoned with minimal sauce bc they understand how to accentuate the natural flavors in food! They do it right, the quality and price point, ambiance and service are all excellent. I love love love this place and will be back time and time again.
The service was lacklustre - our waitress was unaware of when we needed a refill, was not knowledgable when discussing the menu and gave the impression that she was filling in for someone and did not want to be there.
Visited the restaurant last year and it was fine. This visit was horrible. They squeezed 7 of us into a small table. Service was fine but the food was terrible. Couldn’t hardly cut the steak and way too chewy.
Noise level was high and had to talk loud to communicate with the folks at my table.
Food was great per usual!
Love it our second time here food service is awesome only thing bar took to long fir my drinks but other than that it was a great night
OK food, but not worth the price.
Pleasant and efficient wait service.
Amazing ambiance, service was superb. Hostesses were so accommodating and kind. Thank you. They did forget my candles on my birthday dessert I ordered for my best friend but once I asked they brought it over. Cocktails were delicious 😋
Loved the experience, although my partner and I were there for a special birthday dinner (and I noted this on my reservation). Neither the server or the host mentioned happy birthday to my partner. A little more attention to detail would have made this a 5 star experience!
Group of 10 was wonderfully served.
Go before vale leaves for the night cuz I paid 15 dollars for a parking space I could’ve done myself
