Waited a bit for the server to greet us once we were seated and for drinks to arrive. We ordered an appetizer which came out pretty quickly but we had to flag down a different server to request napkins and silverware. When our meals were served, two of the orders were incorrect. One was taken back to be “fixed” meaning they just scraped all of the toppings off and brought it back.

Service and food are always great. One of my favorite burgers in Miami. Loved the addition of sangria… I miss the guacamole.

I had booked for 7:30 pm and the staff insisted we did not have a reservation. We waited 20+ minutes for a table and when I later showed the front of house the booking, to be sure we would not be penalized for “missing” the reservation, they continued to insist we had no such booking.

restaurant was woefully understaffed - just shy of 2 hours for 1 burger, 1 chicken finger and 1 alligator appetizer lunch. And the worst part was that after waiting that long the food was cold. And then you had the audacity to automatically charge 20% tip without giving 20% service. Long time customer but not sure I will be continuing with that.
