   Had a very pleasant New Year's Eve dinner here. Food was terrific though just a little bit slower than I would have expected. Service was attentive without being intrusive. Lovely ambience.

   Excellent service. Super attentive with no pressure to hurry our evening. The food was delicious as was the wine (rose)

   Excellent service and food. Great atmosphere in Loft. Cute little gem in Port Hope! Would definitely recommend for a night out.

   For something new and to treat a friend, we decided to try Loft for the first time. The venue is a beautiful modern take on a very old space, with exposed brick and beams. It was light and airy and open. Our server Liza was very experienced and gave just the right amount of attention. I noticed her checking our wine levels from over at the bar, for instance, and she came to the table just often enough to make us feel looked after. The food was really delicious and very attractively served. We tried the burger, the pork chop, the half chicken, and the seared tuna. Each one of us thought we had chosen the best dish! We also enjoyed a very reasonably priced wine which was so good that I will rave about for a long time. Overall we had a wonderful time and plan to return when we wish to again spend a bit more than a typical weekend dinner out in an upscale dining establishment.

   Our first time to the restaurant but will not be the last. Great food that was unique, flavorful and well presented. Great staff and the ambiance was great with exposed brick, wrought iron and fantastic windows overlooking the main street. An excellent experience for celebrating a special day.

   We have been twice now and the food and service was exceptional! Eggplant parm and lemon chicken are great !

   We were very impressed by the interior of this restaurant, absolutely beautiful craftsmanship on the tables and stunning decor that showcases the history of the building. The service was by far the best the area has to offer. Friendly and very informative on any menu items we asked about. Delicious food at a more than fair price. I must highlight the best gluten free pizza crust I’ve ever had. Exceptional experience, we will be back! It is definitely worth getting off the highway in Port Hope to try this spot.
