Lode & Stijn is a modern European restaurant in Berlin-Kreuzberg that celebrates high-quality regional and seasonal ingredients in a refined yet casual setting.

Our produce-driven menu draws on our team’s creativity and experience working in various restaurants around the world. We get our inspiration from our suppliers, who through their produce enable us to cook the way we want. We have created a menu that we feel presents our ingredients in the best possible way. While our food changes over the course of the year, we keep fragments of other seasons as preserves and ferments, all of which we make in-house.

Our menu is served over the course of a few hours and includes some smaller plates for sharing as well as individual courses.
An exciting list of wines from some of our favorite wine producers is at hand to complement the meal. We receive new wines regularly and update our list as new wines arrive.

Over all the food was delicious and the wines were interesting and tasty but the long waiting periods made the evening slightly uncomfortable

Very cozy & chilled atmosphere with amazing owners and service. They serve an outstanding wine list with a lovely story for each wine! The dishes are based on the natural flavors of its ingredients which gives the menu an amazing purity. Highly recommended!

We had dinner here as part of our vacation in Germany and it was one of the highlights of our whole trip. The food was delicious and the wine pairing perfect. Since we’re interested in wine, the knowing sommelier really was the dot over the I as we say in Sweden. That made the difference between a good experience and a fantastic one. Standing ovations!

Overall food quality is good, I love the decor of the place, especially the toilet area! Food quality was decent for what you pay for, wines a little pricey. Service was up to par, but we did not enjoy our dinner because the table next to us were very loud! Of course, that’s not the restaurant’s fault of course :)

Could not put a finger on food, service or ambiance. Everything was absolutely great, but you had to wait too long between the dishes'. I dont think a 6-7 course menu should take 3 hours from first to last plate.
