Locust brings a chaotic elegance to Nashville's dining scene. Chef Trevor Moran and team carefully assemble an ever-changing menu highlighting seafood and local, seasonal products: think raw bar selection, whole grilled fish, a decadent crab omelette, all rounded out with tea and biscuits shaved ice.

Lunch: Friday - Sunday 12:00 PM - 3:00 PM (reservations required)
Dinner: Friday - Sunday 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM (reservations required)

Consistently top restaurant in Nashville. Even if it takes a minute to get a reservation it’s worth the wait…over and over and over. Food and staff are amazing. They were picked top restaurant in the USA and it’s easy to see why

My visit to Locust exceeded expectations, which were high to begin with. What really blew me away was the personable and welcoming service I experienced while dining here. Each chef/waitstaff took their time to ensure my experience was enjoyable while celebrating my graduation. I ordered the ramp salad, bread and butter, berkshire pork dumplings, beef tartar and shaved ice. My favorite was the dumplings; simply executed with complex flavors. Already looking forward to dining here again, cheers to Locust!

A Nashville treasure. Chef Trevor Moran combines unconventional flavors and textures to create exquisite — but never fussy — food. The vibe is casual; the food is fabulous. Reservations can be hard to come by, but well worth the wait.

Incredible experience. Both food and service were fantastic. Kitchen & wait staff worked to accommodate allergies and were all so personable with guests. The individual plates came out one at a time -which truly allowed us to taste and enjoy what was in front of us. Surprisingly flavor combinations made for an interesting and delicious meal. And the shaved ice is a must- thank you Stew! We are looking forward to our next visit.

Lunch at Locust was outstanding! My daughter and I loved everything about our experience. The food was creative, delicious, and simply executed. We started with some bubbles which was a perfect way to start and I went on to have a glass of white wine, which was beautiful and went so well with our meal. The service and execution of talking about the food and what to pair with it was wonderful. Sharing this meal with my daughter was an experience we will always remember. Thank you Stu, Kenna, and the rest of the Locust crew.
