After being closed for a long period of time due to Covid and remodeling I believe I was truly disappointed. The menu hadn’t changed at all and I was also disappointed that the pumpkin ravioli was not in the menu. I checked before making the reservation online and it was on the posted menu but not on the menu when we arrived. My Filet was undercooked and after sending it back it came back again undercooked. I did not send it back a second time I just didn’t eat it. I did let the waiter know it still wasn’t cooked correctly but he did not offer any other resolution except to send it back again which wasn’t an option at this point. The meatball appetizer we ordered was lukewarm and so was all the food when it finally arrived after a very long pause between apps and meal. The service for our food arrival was very slow. Needless to say we won’t be back anytime soon.

Was disappointed in the Manhattan clam chowder. Needed more clams and briny seafood flavor.

The food was amazing! We got there a little earlier than our reservation time and had to wait on a table to open up and we were brought complimentary glasses of wine. They treated us so good and we will definitely be returning whenever we are in the Cleveland area.

I have always enjoyed LockKeepers long before January 6, 2021 when I was there with a group of friends. The staff is excellent and always friendly and accommodating. The menu is excellent and the food is always fabulous. I think they have the best chef in town! Everyone at my table loved their selection. Thanks to the whole staff for a very special luncheon.

Food and service was outstanding. I really enjoyed their trout special that was on a bed of hummus. Wonderful taste and texture

This is the 3rd or 4th time that I've eaten at Lockkeepers. This experience, like all the others was excellent from start to finish. Everything you are looking for and expect from a high-end restaurant was and is consistently fulfilled.

We had been to the Cleveland area about two months ago and had lunch. We decided this place was a gem and when we come back in December we can spend the night and do dinner so we can spend more time at the restaurant and enjoy ourselves. We had a wonderful time, the ambiance was beautiful and and our server James was very attentive.

First time visiting. The place has a comfortable, classy atmosphere. Greeted the moment we walked in by the friendly hostess. Everyone we passed walking in, welcomed us. Server was attentive and friendly. Food was amazing. We will definitely return.

I messaged them prior to making the reservation for our anniversary dinner, because I am vegan and there really was nothing except salad for me on the menu. They informed me their chef could do something for me, so we went. Everyone was informed that I was vegan and that it was our anniversary and were very hospitable. Roasted vegetables were delicious, but not super creative.

It was my birthdate I invited my Sister, Daughter, and a couple friends out to celebrate 72 years of life during a pandemic. I chose Lockkeppers, in the valley. I was greeted by the valet as we exited the limo and the greeter once inside this wonderfully decorated restaurant. The food was exceptional and delicious. We had a Ball.
