Setting was lovely… food as always was great. Service was lacking especially around the beverages. We had our food before our drinks!
Dinners change daily and it’s always an excited new elegant meal
The three levels of outdoor dining are simple yet elegantly comfortable. The brunch menu is reasonably priced. The crepes and garden salad were excellent.
The specialty cocktail was lovely and garnished with a fresh flower and mint.
You are hard pressed to realize you are in the middle of the activity of downtown Worcester.
Great Tapas cuisine. They had a problem since they were short on staff but our waitress was great! The food was wonderful.
Our waiter was excellent. The Chicken and grits is yummy and what keeps us going. However, the bar rarely has Jameson whiskey which is a must for Irish coffee…and whip cream for the top off.
We had perfect weather to sit outside, enjoying their patio area. Food was great and the service came with a smile. Highly recommend.
Service wasn't good. They took awhile to come to us, they sent our apps before our drinks. Forgot to come back to take our entree order and our cocktails just sat empty so we decided to go somewhere else to have entrees. Then we left our card on the table to pay for awhile and no one care. We went inside to pay to our server. She asked us who is your server? She was shocked to find out it was her and said the bartender was supposed to go to us. Food was mediocre so overall, likely not going to return.
Overall great meal. Some of the dishes were outstanding and some mediocre. Service was great. Drinks good
The poutine was outstanding. While the brunch menu had great items, it lacked anything that resembled a healthy choice.
Great service first of all and everything we ordered was delicious. We will definitely go back.
Celebrated My Husband’s 30th Birthday with the chef speciality 5 course meal… It was an amazing experience…
Very disappointing overall. The food was good but the service from management bartender and even the owner was awful. The waitress did her best with what she had but we waited 40 to 50 minutes in between each course at the chef’s tasting
The only even walk by it multiple times and didn’t even notice how bad it was. The beverage manager was clueless with the winds in the overall experience was nothing like the chef tastings used to be.
First time - two couples and sat on patio for Sunday Brunch. Service was excellent, setting was excellent. Food was very good. We all walked away saying we have to get back here again soon.
Great service, delicious food
Brunch menu is exceptional. Food was delicious. Loved the outdoor dining.
Delicious variety of shareable plates. The cocktails were also very good. Our server Josie was friendly and efficient. Great food. Great experience. We will be back again.
Good food. Quiet. Nice outdoor seating. Staff were accommodating.
We ate on the patio. Food was delicious. Service was outstanding! Will def go back.
The lower level patio section under an umbrella was superb!
This is a great place to hang out. We took advantage of the amazing weather after our first WooSox game and stopped by here for a drink and some food. We sat on the terrace and it was very relaxing. Cocktails were great, wine by the glass ok. A basket of fries was very good, served piping hot with an excellent homemade ketchup. We shared the flatbread of the day... very fresh, good. Service was attentive. The manager keeps an eye on everything, stopped by our table, aims to please.
Trendy casual vibe. Great food. Beautiful outdoor dining options for in city dining. We enjoyed really good cocktails too. It was a quiet night when we went but it can get very busy. I recommend getting a reservation.
Good service and food.
Lock 50 is SPOT ON every time, no matter the occasion! Small plates to share with your crew or a nice dinner with whomever, the food is amazing, the drinks make a mark and the ambiance is my favorite in the city.
We wanted a nice outdoor dining experience, and that is just what we found at Lock 50. We especially liked the variety of small plates, which allowed us to taste lots of different flavors. All were good, a couple were exceptional (daily flat bread offering, beef carpaccio). Two people at the table had burgers, which were ordered medium rare but arrived solidly medium. The 5-course menu was worthwhile, if you are willing to be surprised! Fun cocktails and nice wine list, and plenty of pleasant outdoor seating.
It was a perfect evening! The food was delicious the waitress wonderful and the weather gorgeous!!!
It was a decent environment with amazing food! Prices a bit higher than what you’d expect but it was overall a great experience!!
Good food. Excellent service!
Fresh garden salad. Delicious hamburger, locally sourced. Very good glass of wine. Ate outdoors. Nor crowded or noisy.
Pricey with little sides included with the entrees. The appetizers took 20 minutes and the dinner 30. SLOW
No bread offered, no parking( street only) and no valet service.
Better restaurants in Worcester not a good value period. Was with a party of 4, will not return.
I Like Lock 50 and know they, like so many restaurants, are experiencing staffing problems. But these are really serious, especially when you are left waiting for a drink! The food remains good but I think the menu could use just a bit of tweaking--especially with the bread basket gone (sniff), maybe a few carbs pre-entre?
We went with visiting out of town relatives for Sunday brunch. We sat outside on a lovely patio. The waiter seemed inexperienced and unable to answer some basic questions. We waited an hour and a half for our food and he was MIA for most of that time. When the food finally arrived, 2 of the 3 dinners had hair in the food. At that point we decided to leave. The manager comped us our drinks.
Lovely servers and tasty food. 1 critique would be lack of gluten free or celiac options
Food good but service wasn’t the best. Perhaps just wasn’t staffed enough for the day we went.
Overall good experience. The food was very tasty but seemed a little expensive for the setting. Although our server was good; overall service needs to be a little more attentive as we waited what appeared to be a long time for drinks to arrive.
Everything we ordered was delicious: special flatbread (steak, zucchini, squash), tuna appetizer, cheeseburger and 1/2 chicken dish.
Great food! Ordered sea bass, scallops, strawberry salad all great. Octopus was chewy. Drinks were great too! Waitress (Sophie) very attentive and kind.
Food was really good. Our waitress was friendly and attentive.
Nice dinner with friends. Great service, good food. Very small menu, steak with pesto especially good as was the sauce paired with the salmon.
I went to Lock 50 for my sisters birthday. She is a celiac so it’s hard to find restaurants that have a gluten free menu. Our server was the best I’ve ever had. She was vibrant, friendly and engaging. The food was beyond amazing. My mom got the mussels, she said that they were the best she’s ever had. Thank you for an amazing experience.
The charcuterie board was delicious as was the beef carpaccio, great way to start our meal! For our entrees we had the half chicken and the 16oz prime ribeye. The half chicken was ok, not terrible but not good. The pirme ribeye for $45 was tough, chewy, and not good. We each also got a dessert. A strawberry tart which was very good, and a coconut pineapple dessert (panna cotta I believe) that was ok. Drinks were good as was the service. Atmosphere was great for a date night without the kids, we sat downstairs
