After many trips for happy hours and dinners, finally had a chance to check Loch Bar our for brunch. The menu was extensive for brunch with quality options for every type of diner. We loved the surprisingly affordable brunch cocktails and look forward to my next trip for the oyster shooters. The seafood omelet was an incredible concoction of flavors. Highly recommend!
Great menu, delicious food and excellent service and not overpriced. However, Very noisy - poor acoustics and music made it almost impossible to have a conversation.
What a great place to have dinner! Service was the tops! And don’t hesitate to order the sea bass! It’s awesome! Can’t wait to go back next time we are in town!!!
Always amazing. Perfect menu & cocktails
Alex took excellent care of us. After discussing our preferences for the evening, her recommendations were spot on. My friend and I had a lovely experience.
Amazing small plates, tasty and fresh seafood, terrific whiskey selection. Very loud but fun!
The food is superb. The inside dining area is small and can get noisy. We did not sit outside but the seating appeared to be generous and open. The crab cakes and steamed shrimp are worth a return visit.
We were encouraged to have stone crab claws, at $16 each. They were definitely not extra large to jumbo. They were half-frozen and the flesh was almost impossible to extricate, coming out in tiny flakes. These tasted like dishwater.
I have been eating lobster rolls for 55 years and never had such a bad one. Meat was too soft, like jelly. Old?
The Cobb salad was less than mundane. Not mixed. Too much blue cheese. Corn???
The waiter was haughty and disbelieved our complaints.
A lot of money for a good view and a very lousy meal.
Excellent food. Lobster roll was top notch. Raw bar was great. Wait staff is knowledgeable. Might have been a little noisy with the music being piped into the restaurant. That is the only downside though. Food was great.
We were very happy with our first experience at Loch Bar. We were able to have a very nice anniversary dinner. Great ambiance but on the loud side. The raw oysters were the best!
The best message I've ever had. Service was amazing and drinks and oysters we're great. Will absolutely be back and highly recommend to anyone!
Outside dining on the water, sprinkles and server was right, it stopped as quickly as it started. Highly recommend!
Very cool place with mediocre food. Service was very good but the noise level very loud.
As always the food and drinks were amazing. The only issue I had was my reservation, they claim to not have received it and they dont honor reservations from Ooen Table even if you have an email confirmation. The manager was able to pull something together and accommodate us.
A delightful outdoor dining experience, service was excellent, and the food was wonderful! Perfect for a casual dinner with friends
The food is AMAZING here!!! Service is great too.
The Loch burger is amazing, Spring mix side salad is very good. Server Taylor was great.
Need to do something g about the noise level inside the restaurant. Very very loud. HaRd to converse
Happy Hour outside was lovely. View was gorgeous and the prices were reasonable. Crab cakes were delicious! Only bones to pick: The bartender was fine at first but then was overwhelmed with just five people at the bar! People arriving after me noticed the wait time. Bartender did a good job recommending food options. Then I asked to be transferred to a patio table when a coworker arrived. Took 10 min and asking 2 people to get my food moved over from the bar. Then, waited at least five minutes each time we needed to find our server to have my co-worker attended to.
Service was disappointing showed signs of a restaurant on its opening day perhaps it was the server
We loved it so much the first time that decided to go again and unfortunately, the experience wasn’t as great. Ordered Salmon Crudo and got something not quite similar to the description of the dish according to their menu. To sum it up in one sentence, “the dish didn’t even have Salmon”. We were served some sort of seafood, probably scallops or shrimp ceviche style mixed with some sort of beet juice that made it pink/purple (so you couldn’t tell what it was) but far from a smoked salmon as advertised.
When asked about it, we were ASSURED it was smoked salmon that is actually curated in house.
We would have come again if we were told the truth, that that was not a smoked salmon...
Ryan was awesome and very accommodating. Food was great and the location was superb.
The space is nice, food and drinks were ok but it was a bit overpriced for the type of food presented.
The restaurant was nice, a little pricy for the food that Was ok
Great view of the harbor, good prompt service and excellent food.
Music was so loud and depressing that it colored an otherwise beautiful day - limited menu but food is good. Bathrooms needed attention. Lobster roll excellent, tuna nicoise salad came without lettuce and server told me “that’s how it comes” - Id try again for the outdoor space, but the Four Seasons can do better.
Loch Bar was a nice restaurant. Picturesque ambiance. The menu is a little pricey and I would rate my food (salmon wrap) a 4 out of 5. It was a little bland in flavor. There was live music which made the restaurant loud and a little difficult to talk to and hear your guest. But overall I enjoyed the restaurant and I would come again.
I had a reservation for 8 people. We were seated on time but waited 30 minutes at our table for a waitress. to appear. We had to request one. And when she did come to the table, she acted like it was inconvenient to wait on us. Not hospitable at all. The food and drink orders came very slowly as well. The food was great but the waitress never checked on during our meal to see how things were. We had also put on the reservation and confirmed with the hostess that we were celebrating a birthday. That was never mentioned during the meal. Very disappointing for a high priced meal. Not to mention we were embarrassed as we had out of town guests with us. We will not go back here again.
I had visited Loch Bar a few times but it was many years ago. At that time i was not a fan. This is my girlfriends favorite restaurant so i decided to give it another shot. I am so glad i did! Luis was our server on the patio and he was fantastic. We had 2 orders of Smoked Tuna Dip, a Lobster Roll, Salmon Crudo, Cream of Crab Soup, Kusshi Oysters, Skinny Orange and Grapefruit Crushes... everything was delicious! My best friend was visiting from NYC and she was thoroughly impressed! Thank you for taking such good care of us. We look forward to returning soon!
We had lunch at Loch Bar and ate outside on the patio and it was a beautiful day. I had really great oysters and a lobster roll with a surprisingly generous amount of meat. Our server was great, super friendly and attentive.
Very nice place to have dinner! Menu was outstanding!! Our waiter, Michael, was on point!!! He did everything with a smile and even took the time to chat with us. Never let him go!!
The experience was great and we will return to your establishment soon!
Le restaurant était vide! Pas d'ambiance , la musique d'un chanteur était beaucoup trop forte !
Le lobster roll était bien ainsi que les légumes grillé
Our waiter was nice
Excellent raw bar. Great service. Good food. Great spirit selection.
Waiter was great, the Matre' D was amazing as he fit us into one of the best tables on the patio. Food was good and I had an amazing time... 5 stars and will go back.
Delightful harborside dining. Excellent, fresh salad and a great seafood selection. Service was attentive but not intrusive
Michael our server was outstanding!! He was pleasant and took great care of us. He is a keeper!!
