We went on a night when they were experimenting with a new pop up menu concept. The food was delicious!

Local Three is my favorite brunch spot. I really wanted to try the collards and fingerlings; however, am not a meat eater and the amount of pork was overwhelming.

Our waiter provided great service and was able to be very detailed in providing information regarding wine selections and food descriptions. The truffle parmesan popcorn was sooo good! Be sure to start with that while deciding on everything else. Our appetizers were delicious however the kitchen messed up and sent out our entrees within 2 minutes of receiving our appetizers. The waiter apologized for this mess-up and sent out a desert for us on the house. We selected fish entrees and everything was done very well. We will return.

We had read reviews that the heat doesn't work in the space. I called ahead and was told that with the door opening repeatedly it is hard to keep the space warm. This is no excuse as the "door" is inside and down the hall of an office building so no cold air comes in from there. But, all the employees had multiple layers on. We were seated towards the back of the restaurant and we were not cold, despite very cold temps outside but it is obviously a problem from time to time. It would be totally unacceptable to arrive and sit with jackets on inside this establishment so they need to remedy whatever the true problem is. If the temps are okay, it is a great restaurant.

This was my second time dining here and it’s even better! My husband and I shared several apps (wings and Brussel sprouts) and each had an entree. The McDowell is one of the best burgers in Atlanta and the half chicken was cooked to perfection. I won’t go on because menu changes frequently but this restaurant knows what it’s about! I highly recommend for foodies and a fun evening out!

WE WENT FOR SUNDAY BRUNCH AND ENJOYED THE FOOD BUT WHEN I SPEND $100+ FOR 2 PEOPLE, I DON'T EXPECT TO HAVE TO KEEP MY INSULATED PATAGONIA OVERCOAT ON WHILE I EAT. THE OWNERSHIP NEEDS TO GET THIS RESOLVED, NOT BLAME IT ON THEIR LANDLORD (EVEN IF THEY ARE TO BLAME). I WON'T BE BACK ON A WEEKEND DAY (OR NIGHT) UNTIL SPRING.

$185 for 2, including 20% gratuity, no alcohol, far exceeds the experience. The food was excellent, small portions, wait staff wearing sweat shirts. The quality and presentation can be found elsewhere for much less.

It would have been a 5 star lunch but the restaurant was unbearably cold-freezing. The heat was clearly not working. So we had to keep our coats and hats on.but the food was incredible as always.

I felt like we were on a scavenger hunt when trying to find this place, but it was well worth it. The ambiance felt more like LA, than ATL, or maybe ATL is changing faster than I realized. Anyway, we went there for New Year's Day Brunch and LOVED everything about it.

Another wonderful time at Local Three, food was excellent and service was on point as always. Such a friendly inviting place, more like going to a friends house than a restaurant, the people really make the difference.

This meal was awesome, but I wish that we had been notified prior to making our reservation that Local Three would only be serving a pre-fixed menu. Was not planning on spending $150+ for a meal for two tonight. Usually, we spend $60 for two but it was ridiculous that we showed up expecting to spend that much and spent more than double. If restaurants are going to do special New Years menus that are way more expensive than normal, they should notify Open Table users. We spent so much more than planned and it actually ruined our night. Unacceptable.

Local Three is one of our favorite restaurants to go to. Their farm to table food is simply fabulous! I’ve never had a meal I didn’t thoroughly enjoy, from brunch to dinner and I highly recommend.

Food was amazing our server Ken was very helpful with the menu. We ordered many small plates and shared. We ordered rabbit, tortellini, Korean style steak, Nashville Hot catfish, Brussel Sprouts and the crab dip and for dessert the homemade snicker.

Local Three is a cool, hip spot tucked away. The food is good, if you're into buffet brunching. The brunch cocktails are good and strong. The service is less than desirable. The servers appear to wear whatever they wish, making them difficult to determine them from patrons. Our server was noticeably irritated when I didn't want to order another drink and they rudely cleared our table while my friends and I were still obviously enjoying our drinks and company. One waiter even asked to take the fork out of my hand while clearing the table.

First time at local three. Had the wings, brussel sprouts and rabbit. The rabbit was the best dish followed by the wings. The food was very good but the portions were a little small. The service was also good. Great spirits, craft beer and cocktail list. Good place to hang out and have a meal with friends.

Service: Our server was really easy to talk to and answered all of our questions in detail. She was also attentive to all of our needs.

Food: We ordered the brussel sprouts as an appetizer, which were a sizable portion. Our main course was the Brisket Stroganoff. It was creamy and the brisket was very tender. We ended with the Nutella banana bread and it was perfect.

As usual the staff was friendly and attentive and FUNNY! Local Three is still at the top of my list of favorite Atlanta brunch places - and restaurants in general. I sure do wish I still drank bourbons because the bar is mighty impressive. Will always have good things to say about this establishment!

This is one of my favorite restaurants EVER! I have always loved the food, which is delicious and inventive, but the wonderful people I've met and experiences I've had there keep me coming back. I highly recommend the house specialty cocktails and/or a neat pour of a bottle from their astoundingly lengthy Bourbon list. Try several items, even if you have to take some of them home. And be sure to save room for dessert! The blackberry cobbler and a stiff Caucasian were the best way to end this particular meal.

Enjoyed the brunch here many times but finally had dinner recently and love it just as much as the brunch! The beef stroganoff was the best I’ve ever had, and my husband enjoyed his pork chop, as well. Apps were yummy, and dessert was heavenly. Service, as always, was on point. We will go for dinner again soon and often!

Local Three was great! A friend and I went for the Sunday brunch buffet, and it did not disappoint! The drinks were great, the food even better, and it wasn’t crazy expensive. It’s got a really cool rustic-yet-chic vibe. The only downside I would say is it’s very difficult to find if you’ve never been before. But it’s definitely worth the hunt!

We had heard about the Sunday brunch offering and reserved a table after church to experience it for ourselves and to celebrate a birthday. Seating was prompt and timely, and we were served almost instantly upon seating. Our server fully explained the brunch offerings and logistics, so we jumped right into the kitchen-arrayed buffet. The kitchen staff was cordial and helped explain the varied selections on the serving line. All food items were freshly prepared.
I confess we made three passes through the buffet, starting with tasty appetizers, then migrating to breakfast fare, and finally enjoying the luncheon entrees and sides with desserts. Our used dishes were always cleared before we returned to our table from the kitchen even though the place was quite busy. Overall, the report we had gotten from others was affirmed. We had a marvelous experience at a very fair price.
