Food and service always impeccable. The buffalo cauliflower is a must! I highly recommend Local Three.
Great food, excellent service!
Quaint little restaurant with a lot of ambiance. It is tucked away in a quiet (on the weekend) office building. Plenty of space for us to have our business conversations without having to talk too loud.
Overall, the food was good. The fresh fruit selection was good, the scrambled eggs were some of the best I've had, and the biscuits, while heavy, were somehow still fluffy and not dry. The quiche was decent. I think my favorite two dishes were the shrimp and grits and the habenero roasted vegetables.
The white chocolate pancakes were tough, though, and the tater tots were cool. I wish there were more "light" dishes, like a sandwich option and a soup, like most brunch buffets.
I do wish the variety was a little more, like some of the recommendations we received before going.
My only complaint is that our server disappeared for most of the service. It took a long time for me to get a coffee and my colleague orange juice, and then my cup sat empty for a long time as well - we had to flag down multiple servers who didn't help until we got refills.
It was a good experience and I'd go back for a regular meal, but would check the buffet lineup closer before attending again - I think it would be pretty good during the summer - with fresher options and lighter options.
Haven't been for brunch.. It was crazy good!
Bar tending and selections are excellent. Truffle popcorn will make you roll your eyes in delight
. Oysters were great as was presentation. Chopped salad was so good we tried to replicate it at home.
Great food and service! Such a fun place to go with friends!
Great atmosphere...sort of felt like a speakeasy to me. Server was fantastic and they had the largest bourbon menu I’ve seen anywhere. Food was also really good. Can’t believe it’s been here 10 years and I’ve not gone before.
All the menu items and specials we ordered were delicious. We enjoyed the evening!!
Been there many times. Always very good. We highly recommend it.
Really fantastic food and drinks. Enjoyed catching up with old friends.
We had a great dinner on Saturday evening. The tuna crude excellent, lamb meatball great too! Our server Anna, was outstanding. She truly made our dining experience memorable.
The service, food and atmosphere were outstanding. If you are a Truffle fan then the Truffle Popcorn is to die for! I was in Truffle Popcorn Heaven! Warm, buttery and just the right amount of Truffle oil! The scallops were pretty good as well. The she crab soup the dish came with was not nearly enough...I should've ordered a side of that. The scallops could have been served with a starch or something a little more of substance than the Kale Salad! I will make sure I get an order of the Truffle fries with the scallops next time.
Great weekend brunch buffet! It was a bit pricey but we felt it was worth it.
What a find. Great value, great food and the service was outstanding. We’ll totally go back
We greatly enjoyed our dinner and their amazing bourbon selection! Our waitress, Elizabeth, gave us a tour of the kitchen and told us about the history behind Local Three. We will definitely be back!!
The popcorn was "meh", did enjoy the chowder, trout, and hanger steak. Cocktails were amazing. Service was good, but a little slow.
A little on the pricey side but well worth it. Food, service etc. were all great!
This was my second visit to this restaurant and again I was very impressed with the food quality and taste.
Unique brunch experience where you walk essentially into the kitchen.
Normally I love this place, but I was very upset that due to some sort of miscommunication between Local Three and Open Table, it was not reflected that there was a Valentines Day Price Fixed menu that night, even though it was not actually Valentine's Day, and that we could not order off the full menu. I was not notified of this until literally 10 minutes before my reservation time, and at that point it was too late to make plans somewhere else, which I would have done if I had more time.
Very good food. Could use a bigger selection of wines. Appetizer and main course was very good. Desert left a lot to be desired. Overall, nice experience.
The food is ALWAYS amazing! Every dish is opulent. Local three is consistently the best restuarant in Atlanta.
February 15th Valentine’s Day set menu is still the only option. An extra entree is 38 dollars! An extra appetizer for 20 dollars! Food was ok with sky high price.
Great good! Staff were super nice! Will definitely head back soon!
Valentine’s Day. Very good meal and service.
Just not on Valentine’s Day, much better any other time.
I went for valentine's day and there was a preset menu. When booking through OpenTable I did not know that would be the case. I was bummed as I chose this restaurant specifically to share certain menu items with my boyfriend. However, all their food it amazing. So, even though it wasn't the delicious feast I imagined, it was still delicious! Service is always great, drinks are on point.
First off, the good(s): 5 stars for our waiter PJ! He was great and accommodating. Actually, 5 stars for all of the staff we encountered today. The young man, with the beautiful curly brownish gold hair (I did not get his name), brought my water when I arrived and was very helpful with the description of the Sunday buffet process. This was my first time and I was clueless, even after reading the reviews. I expected something different and he cleared it up for me. The young ladies at the hostess stand were very nice and helpful as well.
The restaurant validates parking, which is a plus after you see how much the garage charges to park there.
Food was delicious! There was only one item I did not like, blueberry cornbread. It was not my cup of tea but I figured I'd try it...live on the edge.
Less good but definitely not bad: I only gave the restaurant 4 stars because the food selection was not very vast. A majority of what we ate today was very delicious but the selection was lacking for the $30 ($29.93) price tag. The bacon was delish, just thought I'd throw that in there!
The service was a little slow but they recognized it and made up for it. Overall a great meal.
One of our favorites!
Had to wait over 30 minutes for a table even though we had a reservation.
Very tasty and unique brunch offerings. The Bloody Marys and Bellinis were excellent.
Our server Keon was excellent. He made great recommendations. We had no issues getting seated, however we did change seats due to them putting us by the windows. We had clam chowder, salad, & octopus for appetizer. Everything was great with those. I had the Ribeye with truffle fries, it came out warm instead of hot but it was well prepared. My wife had the pork chop with sweet potatoes. She did not care for the taste of sweet potatoes. For dessert, we had had the Sticky Toffee Pudding....it came out cold with the toffee being warm. If everything had come out warm it would have been great. Keon did remove it from our bill. We did not have drinks. Overall I give it 4 stars and 5 stars to Keon.
It's a good place. I think we just got poor service. We got their before anyone at lunch and we were the last ones to leave. We didn't get our food very quickly. Drinks were forgotten, etc.
We will try again, but they should regularly take inventory of their wait-staff to ensure it's top-notch.
Always a great lunch spot.
I was unimpressed with the pork tacos at lunch. I have enjoyed dinner there in the past. I will still go back because of previous good experiences.
Have been here a few times and always enjoy the brunch.
