Food and setup were great. Seating was easy and the place was fun and casual, but not noisy. Coffee and drink service was slow, though. The server took note after a comment and "thawed" a little. We'll be back, though. "...can't argue with delicious."
Salad and beverages were very good. entrées Not so good .. aged pork chop very tough, chicken snitzel over cooked .. desert was ok.. overall disappointed
Food was amazing
Our meals were outstanding.... Server was VERY chatty with the table next to us and made us wait for our check..
Pork chop over cooked. Food was generally poorly seasoned. It was a sleepy meal.
My party and I had a wonderful time and I cannot wait to return.
We were the first guests to arrive in an empty restaurant but told our party of 4 could only have a "high top". After pressure we were given a table tight against a wall. The beef is poor quality, cut paper thin and under a heat lamp, dry and tasteless. One salad item. No vegetables unless you count potatoes. Perhaps if it were $5 more per person they can offer better quality. This was brunch. Other meals may be very different (I hope).
The food was delicious, and our waiter, who said he had only been working there 3 days, was phenomenal. He was very knowledgeable about the menu and very attentive without being intrusive or rushing our meal.
Honestly disappointed in our Sunday brunch. Service was great and walking in kitchen for food was fun - the food itself; however, was very mediocre! Expected better flavors and higher quality than really just the basics.
Food was great but took an hour from being seated to have appetizers delivered. Lot of excuses about a new system being implemented. Unsure why Friday night would’ve been a good choice to implement a new computer system. Drinks were very slow to arrive as well. Food was great as always and I’m hoping this arrive experience was an anomaly but was definitely disappointed with the service. We actually considered canceling our dinner orders and relocating to another restaurant.
Perfect way to start the new year. Loved everything presented from the kitchen and will definitely make this a yearly tradition (in addition to other visits too).
As usual, Local 3 had a great brunch with unusual but delicious new and seasonally appropriate twists on old favorite meals.
We are relatively new to the area and have eaten here twice now... this is for sure going to be a go-to local spot for us! The food is absolutely fantastic and unique - its creative, sophisticated, properly portioned, and visually appealing! The service has been exceptional, and we love the vintage salt and pepper shakers! A must visit if you are in the area!
We are regulars at Local Three. Usually love the food and cocktails. NYE was a huge disappointment. Food was just not good. Tuna tartar was off flavored and pop chips were not a good accompaniment. My sole was great but others at my table got the lasagna and hated it. On to dessert. Chocolate cake...absolutely worst dessert ever. So dry like cardboard and peppermint icing layers were like chalk. It was not edible, others got the PB cheesecake which was also very odd tasting. I hate to write such a bad review but I believe the chefs need to know when things don’t work. It was an expensive tab and the food was not good.
We went for the New Year’s Eve prix fixe menu and it was magnificent. All of the flavors were amazing, the wine pairings were delightful and the service was tremendous. Once again Chris Hall and team delivered a masterpiece of food experience.
We went there for NYE, which I know is difficult. The place was nice, and the staff were very friendly, but they took a full 30 minutes to seat us even though we had a reservation. I ordered the most expensive steak, and it was dry and flavorless. Two other people at the table ordered the same and agreed. My wife had the lasagna and it was also bad. Desert was also unimpressive. Overall very disappointing considering the price. I have had lunch there twice before and it was good, so maybe it was just the NYE menu.
Blue plate special is an amazing deal. I had wings and fries for $9 and didn't need dinner that day
You shouldn’t have a buffet if you can’t keep the food hot. Everything was cold. The hottest thing was the salad and that shouldn’t have been warm!
Fantastic and high quality brunch buffet. Highly recommend
The service was fantastic! Excellent food, great ambiance, and fabulous selection of whiskies. My husband and I will be back again.
Had dinner at Local Three before going to show in Buckhead. Great location, easy to find when using the video on their website, would have been difficult to find otherwise. They have an extensive menu of bourbons but we opted for vodka-tonic. They use Fever Tree tonic water, which made the drinks taste very good. We enjoyed the braised brisket beef stroganoff, iron skillet crab gratin, and charcuterie sampler. The sauce on the stroganoff had extremely good flavors. The crab gratin was served hot and delicious. Thoroughly enjoyed, will be back to enjoy other dishes.
Service is always excellent. Menu is great and lots of new choices. Menu is always unique. Maybe on the pricey side. A favorite place!
I did not enjoy the food at all. The only thing good was the bacon. I feel as if I wasted my money to be honest. But any way, you live and learn. I will not be returning.
Holiday time was very busy.......and noisy and a Friday night too
Katie was the best!
We’ve been for the brunch buffet many times and it’s usually great, but this time the food and experience was just so so. There was less offered in the buffet line. Dishes are made in small batches, which is usually great so that the food is fresh and not sitting, but this time the kitchen was slow to cook the items which held up the line. This was disappointing especially since there was less offered than at previous brunches we’ve been to. It just seemed like they weren’t attentive and didn’t really care, which was very surprising since they are usually on their game. We love the kitchen line experience, but this time it was underwhelming.
Buffet was horrible.
Cold eggs and bacon.
We love Local 3 as our annual tradition for Santa! The food was fantastic and our daughter always gets the biggest kick out of being able to serve herself in the kitchen . We look forward to it every year!
Excellent value, great food, good service and relaxed Atmosphere.
Food is always terrific, and this visit was no exception. The brunch options are unique and plentiful.
Service is always warm and professional. We love Local Three, and their Photos with Santa Brunch is now a holiday tradition for our family.
We were celebrating my husband’s new business, and Chef Hall made it extra special by seating us at his amazing chef’s table in the kitchen and treating us to champagne! Always a great experience at Local Three, but this was the best!
Food and service were excellent.
Local three brunch is fabulous! Our server was great..he recommended a spritz cocktail and he was right on.
One of our favorite places to eat whether it’s brunch, lunch or dinner
Took my mom for brunch her birthday. The service was fantastic and the food was excellent. The only suggestion we would make is having toast // bread and some fruit available alongside all the other goodies. Over all great experience and we will be back.
Timely and Tasty!
Solid menu that is updated frequently. Love Local Three for lunch or dinner.
Excellent selection of bourbons ( more than anywhere else I have ever seen ! ), so if you are a bourbon fan, this is a MUST go place for you.
Food options are very limited and expensive. If you are a vegetarian then chances of you starving are higher....!!
Finger food options are also very limited which is usually what one would expect with some good bourbon.
Staff is young and friendly.
As always, a great meal at our local restaurant!
Amazing food and great service! Knowledgeable server with all questions that we had. We will be back!
The experience was exceptional overall. We had an excellent server.
