Danny (server in training) was so lovely and on top of things. Food is universally good (although too much cheese and sauce on the fish tacos for my taste).

Had two friends from out of town visiting, and this was their favorite meal of 3 weeks of restaurants. So cozy, relaxed and simply elegant. The oysters were outstanding. Duck fat fries were a hit. We had the caesar salad, pappardelle, fish tacos and the branzino. Everything was delicious, our service was just right.

We LOVED this restaurant. Didn’t know it existed and super happy with it. Was very loud inside but speaks to the energy of the restaurant. For those with noise sensitivity bear in mind if sitting indoors.

We love LOCAL and go often. We were surprised of the change of menu and missed the fabulous frites ( those this visit were too thick, less crispy) and a few other dishes ( homemade pasta in particular) that we so enjoy. Great service at the bar. The new bar server, young woman, was really attentive!

5 stars all around. Everything we had was so good! So much so we came back a second time the same week as we were vacationing in Santa Barbara. Definitely order the cauliflower, it’s divine! Dishes tried: cauliflower (obviously), calamari (yum), special lobster stone fruit salad (delicious), brussels (unique and tasty), filet (so tender), fish tacos (gluten free and satisfied my hankering), apple fritter donuts (amazing, thinking about the mascarpone whip is making my mouth water.)

Local and our server Garrett were amazing! We had a large group of 14 people on a holiday weekend. We were a rather lively crowd and arrived after a scavenger hunt. They informed me ahead of time that if I knew our order in advance I could give it to the server and it would be fast. And it was! We had a lot of lite bites and drinks served within minutes. Perfect place for our group.

Maybe just an off night but the filet was absolutely tasteless and service not what it used to be. My wife's salmon was good

We enjoyed a celebratory lunch for our grad and our dads on Father’s Day. Food was amazing, our server Joanna was attentive and paced our meal nicely, and we were seated in a private room that made it easier for our elderly family members to hear our conversations. Highly recommended.
