Voted Best New Business in Baldwin County, Local and Company Food+Drink is a great new upscale American cuisine restaurant that is quickly becoming a social gathering place for residents of Foley, and the surrounding cities. The restaurant is located in the Old Armory building on the corner of Hwy 59, and Section Street. The Old Armory has been brought back to life with her architectural elements in place and her history forever and fondly remembered by the community. The new restaurant is locally owned and operated and was designed with the local community at the forefront. Open now for lunch and dinner!

Super consistent and always delicious. Great bar, great menu that gets regular updates/refreshes, and we’ll trained staff who care about the experience. This restaurant would thrive anywhere…it is a BLESSING in Foley.

What a great dining atmosphere. The service was spot on and the food had beautiful presentation, everybody in our group commented we should have taking pictures of our dishes before starting. We had salmon, pizza and filet for our entrée and all were fantastic. We will defiantly be going back.

We were celebrating our son's 40th birthday and marriage. Brooke was most attentive and very friendly. She was very opologic that our son was not able to order the Lamb Shank which he had been looking forward. Brooke was a gracious server, knowledgeable of the menu and wine selections. This was an exceptional dinner including the delicious Creme' Brule'.

Nice surprise, open concept rustic tables, arrived for our reservation and were seated promptly. Hostess and server were both excellent. Our server Lucy made sure our food arrivals were timed perfectly. Had the charcuterie board as our appetizer and it was petite but good, followed by the roasted golden beets and creamed goat cheese which was excellent. Our wine selection was lavau Gigondas. A light dry red French refreshing wine. For our entree we had the duck breast that was cooked a perfect medium rare with perfectly sear skin and a very flavorful cranberry red wine glaze. A very nice relaxing meal we will definitely return next time we are in town.

There were 4 people in our party. I ordered the grilled chicken quinoa and vegetable salad which was very good. My husband ordered seafood pasta which would have been okay except the mussels were gritty and tasted like sand. The other two guest ordered the new york strip steak and pizza. The steak was good but not the quality you find at Briquettes or Mikes Steak House in Orange Beach. The pizza was fair but I would not order it again. We have been here several times and every time the pizza is not that good and is often overcooked. We have been here before and the food was better.

We showed up early for our reservation and were seated on time. Food was slow as they were busy with the Balentine’s day rush. I had the pork chop and pork belly and my GF had the duck. Both dishes were really good. Hers was like a duck thanksgiving on a plate. Everything was cooked to perfection! Can’t say enough! Great food and drinks!

had 6:45 reservations and got seated at 6:50 on valentines day, not bad, had placed our order at 7:00, 2 salads for appetizers and 2 entrees, salads came out about 7:30, by 8:15 we asked the waiter to check and see what was going on, he said that it'd be another 15-20 minutes for our entrees to come out. We said unacceptable and paid for our salads and left. We never saw or had a manager check around at the tables as it seemed that it was this way for everyone. I don't understand why they'd accept so many reservations and overwhelm the kitchen and not acknowledge the mistake. It appears based on other reviews that this is an on going issue.

If you want food, wine, and atmosphere above most places in coastal Alabama, Locals & Company doesn’t disappoint. Last night was Valentines Day, so they were busier than normal. Still, the food was excellent. Service was, understandably a little slow, but attentive, friendly, and accurate. Not out first time there, and won’t be our last.

We brought a party of 8 for my husband’s birthday. The food and drinks were amazing (as always) and our waitress was phenomenal! This has become our go-to spot for anniversaries, birthdays, and the first place we bring out-of-town guests. We can’t wait to come back!

Nine of us got together to celebrate two birthdays for lunch. Several had not been here before and were so impressed with the food. Everyone was pleased with their lunch. The service was very attentive to our needs. Great place for a special occasion.
