Lobos Meat & Tapas - Soho
Please note that any reservations not confirmed with the restaurant may be subject to cancellation 24 hours before booking time.
This is a first class Tapas resturant , it was a Birthday meal for 6 people & the staff really made us feel welcome. The meat & octopus outstanding plus all the wines on offer.
Normal, raciones pequeñas.
Been a few times and it’s consistently good for both food and service. A regular of mine now.
We thoroughly enjoyed our pre-theatre meal here, staff were great and everything we had was delicious, packed with flavour. We will be back!
Fantastic! Especially for foodies and meat eaters. Whether it’s date night or a catch up with friends or wanting to show off to a friend from out of town! I’ll be back in a heartbeat and already recommended to friends who went the next day!
Fairly middling. Service is ridiculously fast leaving you precious little time to enjoy the food. Could have gone from sat down to out of the restaurant in 15 minutes. Food is ok. Patatas bravas was horrible. Like cold tomato puree poured over some undercooked potatoes. All pork dishes were nice if a bit small. Prawn croquettes were cold but tasted ok. Ham croquettes were nice. Pardon peppers were overcooked and wilted as a result. Eat at the other Ldn Bridge outlet and had better food there in the past.
A great place for casual dining in a great location. The fairly simple menu was more than adequate and appears to help to get the food out quickly and hot. Great tasting food too. Lots of staff front of house which may have lead to them being a little fast to clear away plates and multiple contacts from different staff. Will definitely be back!
Lovely manager made us feel so welcome and taken care of. Food is amazing!
The service was too intrusive , but worst of al was the bizarre choice of ' background' music . One thing it wasn't was background , but some kind of heavy rock music that was impossible to talk over - it ruined the meal . Won't be going back
Brilliant food and friendly staff but overly pricey.
Muy Buena atencion y la comida tambien es muy Buena, los recomiendo. ☺️👍
Incredible food, great service and atmosphere. We were quickly seated, a fab evening.
Very nice atmosphere, good food served in timely fashion. Will visit again!
Awesome food and great atmosphere! The staff are amazing!
Great experience Staff were very friendly! Really nice tapas!!
Fantastic as usual! This has fast become my favourite tapas restaurant in London. It’s a little expensive I guess, but then it’s in the heart of Soho so not a major surprise, but the food is always superb as is the atmosphere/vibe of the place.
I prefer the small booths alongside the bar as they really add to the relaxed feel of the place.
Food-wise I always start with the Jamon Iberico and some Manchego. This is Spain to me and it is always superb. Follow that with some tapas (love them all, but really try the Octopus!) and that’s a recipe for an amazing meal.
Been here 5/6 times now, and will continue to have this as my go-to place for Tapas.
Somewhat pricey but very good quality of food, wine and excellent service.
Really nice food at a good price
Como siempre, una buena opcion para ir a cenar, comida espanola de muy buena calidad!
Good food and very testy. Service was good and staff were friendly.
Food was better when I dined here a year ago, although still ok. Like the variety and options. Good sangrias. Staff was very helpful. Very good location and nice atmosphere for casual dining, with friends, dates.
A bit small but fantastic good and service. Not the cheapest but good portion size so well worth the money. Will come back.
Everything was perfect again. The food, the staff just outstanding . Thanks !
we had a really good time !
I would recommend Lobos but th Borough market restaurant, not the Soho venue.
The dishes at the Borough Market site are better prepared and more generous portion.
The meal at the Soho site was nice but overpriced for a tapas restaurant. At the same price we would have got a three course meal in any other good restaurants in central London.
Reviews looked good on line. Wish I'd gone to Barafina again. Thought i'd try something different. MIXED MUSHROOMS & DUCK EGG - Duck egg was odd, nice yolk, white was like muccus. CHORIZO AL VINO - good taste to the sausage, no liquid, dry sausage only. PRAWNS WITH GARLIC & CHILLI - a favourite of mine. cold prawns, tasteless oil. CROQUETAS - lacking in taste, nice and crispy. Would have complain, but it was my wife's birthday and didn't want to embarrass her. Won't be going back. Won't be recommending it.
Service was rather annoying. They were checking on us every 5min
Good reasonably priced tapas with big portions and friendly staff. Not as good as tapas in Spain but close enough, would definitely go again
Just as good as The borough market restaurant
Fantastic evening. The staff were super friendly and attentive. The food was incredible and the cocktail perfect. Great company. Great night.
Food was amazing, quick service. Stools weren’t the comfiest to sit on though.
The food is beyond my expectations, will visit again soon!
Great food. Friendly staff. Decent prices. Will return
Excellent food, great service and really good table. The chef even took us through some of the dishes prior to having them made. Would highly recommend this place.
A bit noisy but food and service was great! Loved the pisco sour
The food is great, but the restaurant is a bit noisy and it is hard to have a chat
Enjoyed the food and the restaurant atmosphere was really nice.
Excellent tapas if a little pricey. Delicious food but felt ambience left a little to be desired. Great service.
