   majorly disappointed that we were not seated in the dining area (our reservation indicated 'standard - dining) and rather in the bar/lounge area. The aesthetics of the place were a big reason why we came here to celebrate a birthday. Would be nice if there were distinct options when making a reservation between the two seating areas, and if there already are, then respecting what diners choose.

   The restaurant looks great, it’s a nice vibe. When I sat down at the table I felt very close to the people behind me. The stool I was on was very wobbly and extremely uncomfortable. We ordered drinks - white wine and two espresso martinis. The server is complementary bread with oil and balsamic. I ordered the NY steak with fries. My food was brought out and my friend was promised hers would be soon after. I waited about 3-5 minutes before beginning to eat my food because I didn’t want to eat before my friend had her meal. Her meal was no where to be seen. The waitress came over and said I’m so sorry your food was served to another table, it should be here shortly. She offered to get us more bread for the table while we waited. I eventually just ate my meal. It was okay, the steak was more cooked than I would’ve liked with not a lot of flavour. The fries lacked salt and flavour. My friend’s meal eventually came. She said it was good (lobster ravioli). We waitress asked us way too many times if we needed anything. We eventually said we’d take some more bread and she said okay. Then turned around and said oh but it will be $6. Overall, it was an okay experience but I probably wouldn’t go back.

   The food and drinks were delicious. Wait times were a bit lengthy.

   Fantastic spot, amazing food, great vibes. Will definitely be coming back for brunch some day.

   We booked reservations for dinner and ended up at a lounge table. Admittedly it may have been noted on the open table app., however this was missed, as it was not visible enough to notice. A lounge table is not comfortable for eating dinner. We are an older group and leaning over to eat, actually caused discomfort. There was a group of young girls beside us, who were also surprised to be sitting at a lounge table and they too were not happy. We requested to be moved to another regular table, at least for the dinner part, willing to move after for dessert and we were denied as told other reservations coming in. I understood, but when we left, there were empty tables still in the same spot when we arrived. From a meal perspective, the calamari dish, should've been called potatoe dish with side of calamari, too many potatoes not enough calamari. Decor was nice, but with many new establishments in the area, we will likely not return anytime soon. We opted to go elsewhere for dessert.

    Jacqui was our server last night, and she was amazing, entertaining, and made sure we got everything we needed in time. Excellent experience
