   Delicious food but coffee was a huge let down. They need to get that in order…. Was un-drinkable

   Food was decent, price was ok but service our server Jacqui wasn't the best and that's being nice. She didn't check on our table where the bilk was $500 , no quality check, missed putting in a drink order and had to be reminded after 25 mins. At the end, we saw and was told at that point that tables over 6 people are automatically charged a 20% gratuity which was not mentioned when reservation was made or when we were seated. Seeing g that she automatically made a $90 tip because we had 8 people she didn't even bother checking on us if we wanted anything else. 3 of people at our table works in hospitality so when we say thr service was bad, we know what we're talking about.

   At the bar the workers were hovering around so much really annoying a whole group just talking

   Service was good and the drinks tasted great. The table for 2 we were at was too small and slightly uncomfortable because I was sat directly against a partition wall in the bar area. Next time I will be requesting to sit in the other half of the building. The vibe on that side is so much better.

   Lobby never disappoints! The service is always above and beyond — the staff are so welcoming, attentive, and make you feel taken care of from the moment you walk in. The food? Incredible. Every dish is packed with flavour and beautifully presented. It’s clear the kitchen puts care and creativity into everything they serve. This has become my go-to restaurant for a reason. Whether I’m going out with friends, on a date night, or just treating myself, Lobby is always the first place I think of. Tuesdays are easily my favourite day of the week because of their $1 oyster special — such a fun vibe, and an unbeatable deal. The ambiance is perfect, the cocktails are amazing, and there’s just something about this place that keeps me coming back. 10/10 every time. Highly recommend!

   Service was good, waitress kept checking in on us. The food was okay, kind of bland, lacking flavour. Chicken parm the cheese tasted like plastic. Overall too pricy for the quality. Not a return to venue for dinner in my opinion.

   We had a nice experience here. The tiramisu was a large portion and the cream part was thicker/richer than I’ve had elsewhere. I was underwhelmed by the flavour of it. I had the lobster ravioli (yum) and my husband had the branzino which had a very nice sauce/flavour; the accompanying green beans were a bit tough and flavourless. Overall a nice meal and we’d be back to try some other dishes. I really liked our table by the window as it was a great atmosphere.

    Very disappointed! We booked a table for celebrations for our mother’s 50th birthday and when being sat down at essentially a coffee table it was not appropriate for a lunch. I would advise if reservations are made in future you provide suitable seating. We decided not to eat and just get a drink however after 30minutes we had to request service, we were then asked to describe our waitress for them to be sent over. Even after this the service was very slow. What was supposed to be the start of celebrations was very disappointing! It essentially felt like we were an inconvenience to the venue and were unaccomadating. As a side note our family had travelled from England for this occasion and sadly the venue and service did not meet the expectations of usual Canadian hospitality
