We love the restaurant! Definitely we will come back!
Very nice staff, food came out quick, and the food was amazing>
Good food, nice atmosphere,
Our waitress was amazing!!!!!
Terrible. Won’t be back
Service was terrible! Our server Jennifer was wasn’t attentive at all to our table, I asked for a fork, she went to clean the table behind us and went to the back and forgot about my fork(everyone was eating while I was still waiting on my fork), so I had to her up and ask the hostess foe one. The mussels weren’t fresh, the Spanish dip was so salty! So foe my meal I just had the salad with salmon and that was good
Presents online as a nice restaurant with a menu of hand made pasta. Very misleading. Mostly a bar attitude with pizza and two pasta dishes. Food was good but served in a cheap bowl with sauce overflowing. Atmosphere wasn't what we expected at all. Sorry but won't be back and can't recommend for a nice night out.
The atmosphere was nice, all patrons were distanced and the server was pleasant. But the drinks were flat and the food had an odd flavor. The risotto was overcooked and had a grainy texture in the sauce.
The restaurant wasn’t crowded at all until we left. There were a lot of people at the bar. There was plenty of separation between booths and I felt safely social distanced. Our server was very attentive and the food was very delicious. I ordered the steak and my client ordered the lasagna enclosed in bread. It was so good I ordered one to go. Overall great experience and I will be back.
Great location. Great food except the service. After ordering our meal she assumed my starter was my meal. I told her I have not ordered my main course yet (had to hail her down) Also after starting us of with water she never came back and asked us if we wanted a drink. We showed patience but eventually had to try and get her attention to order drinks. During the meal she never came back to ask how the food was or refill our water glasses or ask if we wanted a 2nd round of drinks. Great location but poor service from out waitress. She was nice but not attentive at all.
Great food and great service.
We’re do I start. It was very confusing with valet. There was no sign that said if they had valet or not but you could tell that someone was parking cars. I drove in the roundabout saw a guy I waited then when he never came to the car we rode around again then when we stopped he asked if we wanted to valet. He had no valet jacket on or anything to let you know he was legitimate or not. Bad first impression. Then we go inside of the “restaurant” which is really just a bar. There was not hostess to check us in and tell us where to go. Just the bartender. ( he was the only person other than the chefs) The menu was different from what was online which was frustrating because the online took you to a menu that was already supposed to be the limited menu. So you go thinking your going to get one thing and that was not the case. Food was ok. A little over priced for the portion size. Overall just ok.
The mussels and the wood fire pizza are my favorite go to items here.
The food was absolutely delicious!!! I ordered the chicken panini and substituted fries for a caesar salad. My friend had the burger and I snuck a couple of fries which were delicious. Service was excellent and our server very attentive. I was pleased with the prices of both the food and drinks being very reasonable.
Located in the lobby of the 12 hotel/condo building so you can utilize their valet and get your ticket validated inside. The only thing I did not like was the ambience. Atlantic Station is known for having seedy crowds and that spills over to the restaurant. Some drunk gentlemen approached me on my way inside from the valet. A drunk lady named Sandy was looking for her son while belligerently drunk. I would never go back by myself and would love to see them obtain a security guard or better control the patrons that are obviously drinking too much at their bar.
Overall, a great experience. Maybe stick to going during daylight hours though.
Limited menu due to COVID, but impeccable service. Very impressed with the value given the rest of Atlantic Station was a ghost town
We had a horrible experience. Online menu is not the same as menu in the restaurant. They did not have a drink menu . When our food came out, my ravioli was not as described on the menu, and my husband’s lasagna was cold in the middle. The chef apologized and comped my husband’s food, then remade it. It was cold again. The chef invited us to come back the next week, saying they were redoing the restaurant. They had two people working total- a server and a chef. There were only two other people in the whole restaurant and they ordered wings and a burger. I am extremely disappointed. I was expecting a nice Italian restaurant and I got less than mediocre bar food.
Showed up at the restaurant on time for our reservation, it was closed and their were wine glasses and trash all over the outside. Very disappointed that the restaurant was not open when they had available reservations.
Baby shower
The food was outstanding, however, the female server we had appeared to be new and it showed. One point she dropped a dirty fork on me while clearing dishes and only said sorry. I had food down my side from it. Also, 5 dinners came out and 2 did not. The 5 finished their dinners and then the 2 appeared. Why didn't all 7 come out at the same time?
Service was horrible and extremely over priced. The restroom didn't even had toilet paper asked an employee and left me waiting outside for over 10 minutes I left
I recommend the clam pizza and the veggie lasagna.
They weren’t OPEN
I made a reservation, but we waited about ten minutes to be seated because the hostess was not there, even though there were people standing around not busy- this place is TERRIBLE. I'm not sure how they are still open. They were not busy, and the food looked great, but we got our drinks after our appetizer course (it took 20 minutes for them to take our order, then the appetizers came out within ten minutes, it was another 20 minutes before we got our drinks), none of the four of us received our food/drinks, etc at the same time. Three of us were served dinner, then 20 minutes later the other of our party got his food. We had to ask for our drinks twice - we were never asked if we wanted refills. The table they seated us at was dirty with dirty silverware. We had to ask twice for them to bring us replacements. Save your money - you'd be better off eating at McDonald's.
The food we had was good but the service was so slow we ended up having to leave before our main course ever came out. The restaurant wasn’t crowded and I am not sure why everything took so long. It is a shame - we were looking forward to the rest of our food.
AMAZING SPOT FOR A DATE. We had great food and the ambiance was great
Very lovely experience will be back
We got our food late. And when we ordered dessert, we never got them. We ordered dessert around 830pm and our waitress told us it'll be ready at 9:25pm. We asked if we could just cancel because we sat there without anyone ever coming to check and see if we needed more water and whatnot. I get that waitresses are busy but we made reservation beforehand and we were excited to come. The waitress wasn't all that friendly to begin with, especially when we asked for recommendations, she said one thing and we all looked at each other like 'okay, that's all you recommend here? Only 1 dish is good? Nothing else?' my water also smelled fishy and the cup had some residue on it. I would have asked for a new cup if anyone could have checked up on us. That whole time we were there, the waitress came up to us 3 times.
It was perfect. As a vegetarian the veggie lasagna was amazing. I didn’t realize that it was underneath a hotel I had been admiring,12 midtown, but that made it even better. I will be planning more get togethers here in the future.
Allora feels like a fern bar with more expensive decor. Though having photos of the items, the tablet menus were terrible to use, the backs of all the ones at our table were covered in glue on the back (something had been pulled of them), there was no information on the daily specials (not hard to update a digital menu!), and the bar list was not available (turns out the evidently-amateur bar management is constantly running out of alcohols so they never put them on the menu).
Our server, Jade was AMAZING! Loved her energy and her knowledge of the menu.
Dining at Allora would be a convenience for the guests staying at the attached hotel, and a waste of time for local Atlanta folk. There are SOOO many better choices in Atlanta.
Nice restaurant, live band was playing Friday night when we went. Menu isn't huge, would've liked some more options but they food we did have was pretty good.
Service was excellent - attentive and had a great sense of humor! Food was meh. Super loud but it was a Friday night so I think that’s to be expected.
Great spot. Great good. Really good service. Thank you.
My bartender was amazing and provided exceptional service. My food had a bone in it and she immediately handled it and apologized asked if I wanted a replacement. This is how its supposed to be done. Thank you!
We had a table for 6 at 6pm prior to Cirque di Solei. The food was excellent. The drinks a bit pricey. The service was awful. Our waitress Eboni had not been properly trained on how to serve. She could not come up and speak to the table, she would just walk by and expect us to flag her down. Drinks took ages to come with no communication and only half the food came out with no communication about when we could expect the rest. Had to ask for water refills, a soup spoon, steak knives. All basic items she should have brought without asking. My impression is that because the gratuity was included for a party of six, she felt she didn’t have to try. I would have complained to a manager but never saw one. Cross this one off your list!
Food was overpriced for what it was. The restaurant is located inside a hotel and is catering to a captive audience.
After being seated, our waitress took a very long time to approach us. Fortunately she brought water over to the table when she finally did come by. She never asked if we wanted wine or anything else to drink. To be honest, had she asked, 3 out of 4 of us probably would have gotten some! She didn’t offer appetizers, just simply asked if we had reviewed the menu yet. When asked what the fish of the day was she said “um, I think it’s cod” - how do you not know??? And she didn’t offer how it was cooked or what came with it, nothing. Then, we asked for our check and it was wrong. She got a bit defensive about it, claiming she was tired. She never offered us dessert either. It was just overall a nothing special dinner. The food was good, had the service matched, we’d definitely come back. Such an odd experience.
Overall very nice. This was our first visit and we certainly enjoyed it. Thank you.
Food was sub par. Gnocchi was super dense and flavorless.. Tenderloin was suposed to be mid-rare and came out very well done. We were in a rush for Cirque so we just bit the bullet and ate what we could.
Our waitress Jade was amazing!!!!!! She provided excellent service and took the best care of us. We will be back.
Mikesha
The service was immaculate. My party and I were treated like kings and queens. I really appreciated the southern hospitality and the warmness of the location . The servers brought the food out on time and served with A1 service. This restaurant had high class individuals located there and that’s what made it all the more nice. I really enjoyed my celebrating my birthday there and I will return soon.
